My daughter and I were invited in from one of the employees during the Morris witches night out. We went in and were told about the special dry ice drinks they were offering. We did order a blueberry lemonade drink minus the alcohol. We also ordered an order of the hush puppies. The service was good, the restaurant is clean, the menu has a good selection and they do have dessert. I gave a 4 star because I couldn’t do half stars I’d give 3.5 only because there was a staff member in the service area drinking what appeared to be a beer talking loudly and swearing. I am not a prudish person by any means, but there were several elderly people there eating lunch and I don’t think that that kind of talk would be appropriate while people are eating lunch. Also, the hush puppies were $7 and they were tiny and way over cooked. We didn’t complain about anything because the server told us they just opened and we assumed they were working out the kinks in running a new business. We did receive a piece of free pie which we took home. Overall, I think with some adjustments in the cooking and atmosphere with the servers and workers this place may be a place we would visit again.

Went in for a snack, came out with a full belly!
Started with the sensational sauerkraut soup, ordered two servings of meatloaf with mashed potatoes and green beans, a chocolate shake, and a warm fudge brownie!
Service from Pam was heart warming. Low prices, decent portions, real yummy food. Dont forget to read about the history on the menu!

What a great little restaurant. It is located in downtown area with lots of cute little gift stores. I want to return to try one of their sandwiches.
I had the garden hash and one blueberry buttermilk pancake. Both were delicious. The garden hash had fresh green peppers, onions, mushrooms and tomatoes on top of golden brown hashbrowns. The pancake had wild blueberries on top. It was super delicious.
My daughter-in-law added eggs over easy to her garden hash.
Great coffee options. Several adult beverages. They sounded good. Reasonably priced drinks.
Restaurant was very clean. Cute atmosphere.

Great little location right in historical downtown Morris. We stopped here after dropping our car off for an oil change down the road and couldn’t be more satisfied. I ordered the carnitas omelette with tortillas and hash browns in the side. Of course, adding some ketchup and hot sauce add great flavor! The pricing was very reasonable as well. For myself, wife, and son it was around $30 with tip!
We have been told that the lunch here is also great, will have to try that eventually!

I was shocked at the condition of the cup I received when I ordered water. The entire rim was full of cracks, leaving it unsafe. The chili I ordered came in a bowl with no garnish and the waitress said they did not have crackers. The worst part of the chili was the layer of visible fat/oil. I would never choose to eat here again-extremely disappointing.

Used to love Weits. $25 dollar for two sandwiches that are both missing bread. Sloppy and nasty bacon that is just tossed in the container… the one slice of breas we did get was untoasted bread for the sandwiches. Get it together, guys. We’ve been here a ton of times btw. I don’t know what’s made it steadily slide downhill.

This place is a solid five stars hands down! The service is incredible, the coffee is exquisite, and the location is welcoming.
The girls helping us at the counter order the very best lattes they have were much more than helpful, they gave suggestions and general ideas to make this experience the best.
I have a special shout-out to Mikayla the barista who took care of my coffee and made it “with love”, how sweet!!
The music inside is also worth mentioning since it really made for a lovely time sipping away at my latte that really was tasty.
My only thing is I wish it was open longer than 3pm because I would be able to come out here much more often if that were the case. Other than that, it is absolutely worth every penny for the delicious coffee! I have yet to try the food, but that might be a next time ordeal because I certainly will be back!

As soon as you walk up you are greeted with a modern aesthetic that makes you feel like you are in the big city. Apon entertaining the cozy feeling and high energy atmosphere makes you want to bring more friends.
The menu is simple yet appetizing and the staff is open to customize the options for you.
The pricing is pretty on point given the location and portion sizes. I would recommend this place for a high energy breakfast or a good luncheon with friends.

We had brunch/snack at Weitz Cafe on Saturday at around 11a.m.
We shared an appetizer with goat cheese, avocado, red onions + balsamic vinegar, + it was delicious!
Our server was so nice; she even offered to bring a bowl of water for our Dachshund (we were seated outside, in the alleyway.)
We were disappointed that mimosas aren’t available til noon.
Mornings = mimosas, am I right!?
I hope this changes soon!
