WOW! What a surprise of an amazing meal and experience.

Food was divine: fresh, incredibly flavorful, cooked perfectly.

Robert our waiter was the best. He gave great recommendations and brought two wine pairings complimentary to our meals. We felt very well taken care of.

We had the chicken liver pate and octopus for appetizers. Short Rib and Triple tail for entrees.

Haven’t been here for awhile and thought I’d give it another try. I went a bit on the early side and the place had only one other set of diners. Sat at the bar and bartender was friendly & attentive. He talked about the specials they had that day (good memorization!), and chatted while I was looking over the menu.

I had a special for appetizers, duck confit quesadillas and then the triple tail for my mains. Both were very delicious and amazing. The triple tail really blew me away with its preparation and perfectly cooked texture. Delicious fish if you’ve never tried it, highly recommended.

It started filling up as I was eating (off-season), but my food came out very quickly. Impressed by the kitchen timing.

All in all, there wasn’t a darned thing wrong with my food, service, or atmosphere while here. I would definitely recommend trying this place (doesn’t look like much from the outside, but inside it’s beautiful!), and I’ll be back more often in the future.

What a fantastic dining experience! From the rustic charm of the building to the elegant table settings, A Table Apart brings a very high-class atmosphere. Each dish was balanced, flavorful, and had top-notch eye appeal. The service, staff and overall quality of the night was outstanding! I would highly recommend eating here for a very satisfying dinner.

As a local to Southwest Florida, A Table Apart is a wonderful part of our community. Focused on sustainable, wild caught, and grass fed meats. The chef also sources all produce locally from organic farms. Everything on the menu is made from scratch and very fresh.
My husband and I enjoyed our most recent trip to A Table Apart. Everything from the mushroom appetizer with ten types of mushrooms to my husband’s Caesar salad with a generous piece of bacon was amazing. The only thing we will say is that the mushroom appetizer was a little too salty. I ordered the Roasted Portabella Montrachet salad with the roasted half chicken. The goat cheese and toasted pine nuts were amazing. My husband ordered the short rib which was very delicious. We enjoy this local gem and highly recommend.

The food was excellent but felt very rushed. Main course arrived very quickly before we hardly had a spoonful of soup. Would recommend the triple tail. Sauce is wonderful!!

We had a very disappointing experience and will not be back. While the staff was very attentive and friendly, the food was incredibly salty, to a degree that we couldn’t even finish any of the courses of the $45 3-course meal we ordered. My friend and I each tried three different dishes, and all were not good. While the prawns and huli huli pork were well cooked, her sauce was too sweet and the prawns were too salty. Same for my pork. My main course was the mahi mahi, which was perfectly cooked and very tender, but again so salty that I could not finish it. The potato cake it came with lacked flavor, other than salt, and looked very unappetizing. My friend’s meal was pretty looking and well cooked but too salty. Her vegan ice cream sundae was fine except for the whipped topping which she did not eat. My taro dessert was very sweet and tasted fine, but I’m not sure what those cubes were and they didn’t add anything to the dish. Perhaps its our lack of familiarity with Hawaiian traditions, but I’m pretty sure this kind of salt level is not part of it. We ended the night with a $150 bill, which included three glasses of wine. Considering the dated and tacky ambiance, and the $25-$37 prices prices per dish, I would not recommend this restaurant. Their website gives a very different impression from what it is really like.

This was a very lively and busy restaurant. We were there with a birthday party. They only assigned one waiter to tend to two tables of 7 at the same time. He did the best he could but it was not ideal for us. One table was eating their appetizers while the other table had yet to get their bread and butter. The food experience was ok. Ambiance was ok.
