My first time at this particular Pizza Hut on Oakland Av., Johnson City, TN.
As soon as I walked in, Danielle greeted me.
She smiled at me as she asked for my order & then she was on top of what my order consisted of. She made me a mouth watering large pepperoni pie that came out of the oven…hot and ready. Thank you, Danielle for being a member of the Pizza Hut team.

What’s wrong with Pizza Hut?Why are they a thing of the past? Rude people work there. Walked in to eat in at 3:15,The chairs were on the tables. The guy at the counter rolled his eyes when we said we wanted to eat in and mumbled he was about to mop the floor. I said ” don’t they usually do that at night? ” His reply was we do it at different times. We left and decided to get Papa John’s. I’ve also had other locations say you can only get 2 for Tuesday thru call in and you have to pickup. I’m done with Pizza Hut.

We ordered a big box special. Our Pizza was okay not great. The cheese sticks were also okay but not bad. However our chicken Alfredo tasted awful and had a perfume/chemical taste, usually it’s very good and creamy but this time it was hard and rubbery. Overall not a great experience.

Every pepperoni on my son’s pizza was burned. Did not offer to make a new one. I get pizza made without cheese for my son here often and it’s never looked this nasty, inedible. The manager is very unprofessional and immature. If he doesn’t like his job, he needs to find another one and not project his misery on others or their food.

The lady that was working at this location was very rude and disrespectful. My sister and i order lunch from this location frequently and have never had bad service until today.
we ordered an order of the breadsticks got them to the car and they were not seasoned whatsoever… My sister took them back in to see if the lady could just add seasoning to them the lady looked at my sister, called her a liar and continued to raise her voice to her, during this my sister stayed calm the entire time. I personally hope this is not the manager of this location as it is very unprofessional!!

Excellent personal pan pizza! Elizabeth, the manager, was the only one there today, and she was fantastic. Between taking orders and making the pizzas, she made sure everyone was happy, and she greeted everyone with a smile! She did an amazing job!

Dear Pizza Hut Customer Service,

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with a recent experience I had with your service, which has left me extremely disappointed and frustrated.

I placed an order with your store and encountered multiple serious issues:

I was hung up on several times while trying to reach the store, which forced me to call repeatedly just to get basic assistance.
When my order finally arrived, the pizza was cold and my soda was missing.
I attempted to contact the store for a replacement or resolution, but no one would answer my calls.
I was promised a callback from a manager, which never happened.
I also reached out to customer support, but unfortunately, no meaningful solution was offered.
This level of service is completely unacceptable, especially for a brand that prides itself on quality and customer satisfaction. Due to the multiple failures in both product delivery and customer support, I am requesting a full refund for this order.

Made my order online had it delivered to the hotel didn’t get the 2 bottle of waters I ordered but was charged. Called the store and was put on hold and never got to talk to no one. Was just wanting a refund on the 2 bottle of waters I didn’t receive!
