Very fresh ingredients. The poke bowl was delicious …a perfect balance of the ingredients. Mango sweet, vegetables crisp, fish fresh. The ginger dressing has got to be homemade — super tasty .

The Shoppes – where the restaurant is located is tucked away just behind the post office on Germantown ave. It took a few minutes to find the entrance. Tokyo Sushi is one aisle in and right at the corner. I ordered a fantastic trio of shrimp. Shumai, shrimp tempura and Hawaiian Mango shrimp. Pleasant service, prepared quickly and every bite was perfect!

Fantastic sushi made with great care. Very fresh fish and great rice. Affordable price. I especially enjoyed the house salad, which contained fresh local fruit that complemented the salad perfectly. Great choice for enjoying in the beautiful outside dining space adjacent.
