My kid and I stopped in last night around 7pm to get dinner. Totally last minute decision since we haven’t been to a BWW in years. The lady at the counter was AWESOME! She greeted us in such a warm and friendly manner. She was very patient and helpful as we placed our order. I wish I got her name. She made the whole transaction easy and we had great conversation. Our food had everything we ordered and tasted delicious! We’ll be back again soon!

0 STARS, but then I wouldn’t be able to warn everyone else about this place in my review. By far one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had in my life and I’ve had some bad ones. SERIOUSLY AVOID THIS BUFFALO WILD WINGS! The manager, Elias is so tuned out and clearly doesn’t want to be bothered to do his job. He is setting a terrible example for his staff. Elias asked in frustrated tone “what do I want?” Rather than a friendly “how can I help you?” And I figured he was having a bad day so I tried to be friendly, but he was so rude and didn’t even respond to me trying to be nice to him. I had a legitiment question about their American cheeseburger and whether or not it was a double. Again in a blantantly frustrated tone, he said “yeah they’re all doubles”. Then I’m going to place my order and he’s on his personal phone while I’m placing it with him at the check out counter and is rolling his eyes at me. While I’m placing it the cook comes out and says “scan that” which the the URL code for their surveys. He says “fill that out and leave a great review for Elias because they just cleaned the grills”- in a aggressive tone of voice. Looks like they did a good job alienating their customers because they were clearly not busy and they don’t close for another 3 hours. The cook then comes back and says they’re out of patties. Needless to say I will not be back and I encourage anyone else in the Denver area to take their business elsewhere. 0 stars for 0 effort and incredibly rude staff. They don’t get the bare minimum in 1-5 star scale because they don’t do the bare minimum. Just read the reviews posted the last few months on this place like I should have done to begin with.

I’ve been ordering from here for years and today hands how hand the worst customer service. My friend ordered wings for us..so naturally it was under her name. Luckily we were smart and had the email verification of the order sent to my email. When I came in and dug through the bag to make sure my ranch was in it. I had a woman who peeked over noticed I was going through the bag and said what order are you here to pick up. (Clearly the one I’m digging through) I say my friends name my stupid self gave her the middle name and last name she goes by rather then then her actual first name. (My bad on that piece) she then gets smart and says that’s not who that order is for. I said do you need proof. She says yeah. I pull up my email and give it to her. She looks at my phone and says okay then. Very snotty like. It wasn’t until then that I told her she should be more respectful. She told me that I shouldn’t come back and made comments on my appearance as well. I’m a paying customer and all I said was you should be more respectful and all you do is show more disrespect?

Ethan the manager does not know how to count. He packed my order and listed the number of wings he “sent” and told me I was incorrect in my math. Do not plan on recieving a whole order. They do nothing to resolve the issue and state there is nothing they can do. No customer service or resolution. Only resolution he gave was call door dash. No offer to fix the order or offer to come in and pick up the missing wings.

Make sure you count your wings before you leave!!! If ordered 30 wings and I got 26. When I called them, they advised would give me 6 wings. Picked it up…got home and there were only 5 wings. Need to go back to grade school to learn how to count!

We always end up with expired blue cheese and nasty celery. The wings are always perfect so we now use our own dressing from home. The service is nothing special the kids working here are all high all the time so don’t expect anything. Update went back today 2/5 all the sodas are out….. no veggies at all. This place is truly getting worse and worse….corporate please save this store.

This is a To-go restaurant. Not a full service location. They have few tables but not sure if you’re able to eat here they also have 1 tv. I assume so. Says online orders only on the door. Service is super slow. At least 30 minutes to order pickup. Order well in advance if you want to eat on time. The guy at the counter was nice. Prices are decent. Food was good.

Ok so earlier today I ordered Buffalo Hot wings, I have been having a really hard morning and long night. I’m not sure if this is how you guys usually make your buffalo boneless chicken but it was horrible and dry and tasted nothing like buffalo 🙁 Just like regular chicken strips. As much as I LOVE wings I definitely won’t be coming back. This definitely did not make my day any better lol.
