I tried:
The Caesar salad (so good…I wish they used bite size pieces of lettuce, but it was delicious and the croutons were so good)
Truffle Garlic Bread (so delicious! Plenty to share one order for 4 people)
Chicken Parm (I split this with my sister and it was plenty of food for both of us. I loved having the white sauce pasta with the red sauce on the chicken. Really good)
Hot Honey Pizza (this was so good, cooked perfectly and delicious flavors)
Torta with salted Carmel gelato (so good, I liked this dessert best)
Italian donuts (these were so fun, with apple in them. Not my fave but they were done perfectly)
The butter cake was vanilla with an interesting icing on the side. Loved the cake and the fruit, and the icing was fun to try.
We got the italian meatballs (which are 100% beef, i was told- even better!!) and garlic-whatever-deliciousness-bread to start and they were both delicoso!!
I got the shirt rib noodle dish and she got a pizza of some sort- both amazing!
Our waiter was jose (i think?) and he was very personable and knowledgeable about the menu as well.
My only complaint was the music being SO loud- I do love when restaurants have music for the background noise, but not when it’s so loud it’s overpowering along with all the chatter, and it’s hard to hear the person at the table with you. Makes it aggravating trying to converse.
Otherwise it’s a definite thumbs up from me!
I recently celebrated my birthday at North Italia, and it couldn’t have been a better choice. From start to finish, everything was exceptional. The atmosphere is both modern and cozy.
The service was top-notch. The staff made me feel truly celebrated, with friendly, attentive service that added a personal touch to the evening without ever feeling rushed.
As for the food—absolutely delicious! The pasta was perfectly cooked and full of flavor, the pizza had the perfect balance of crisp and chew, and everything was beautifully presented. I also had a rich, velvety cappuccino that was the perfect pick-me-up after lunch. And I can’t forget the tiramisu—light, creamy, and one of the best I’ve had.
North Italia delivered on all fronts: great atmosphere, amazing service, and food that truly made it memorable. I’ll definitely be back—and highly recommend it for any special occasion .
The Happy Hour menu was cute and the meatballs were GREAT. The grilled bread & olive oil was okay – but would probably try something else in place of it next time. The atmosphere outside was nice – we enjoyed the sun, but the village is loud, and it was not very intimate.
The weird part about Happy Hour was that it is ONLY served at high top tables (what the heck) and our Hostess didn’t even ask if we wanted high or low top or if we wanted happy hour. That felt REALLY weird. We also barely got our waters ever filled, and the place was not busy at straight up 5pm.
I didn’t eat any of the pizza, but we did share a brookie sundae and it was pretty good! Is it convenient because it’s in The Village? Yes. Would I support locally owned/small Italian Restaurants before this one? Probably yes.
