Fair warning the entrance is on the chase banking side if you miss the turn in it’s a one way parking lot. I was greeted by smiling, welcoming team members that walked myself and friend on how everything works since it was our first go around. I got the lamb and chicken bowl with an array of toppings. I recommend the crazy feta and harissa. I was not a big fan of the portion sized spoons on the toppings personally they seem a bit small so the ratio was a bit off I got more meat in each bite instead of all the flavors mingling The pita chips also slap very flavorful. Checking out was easy too so make sure you have the app to rack up points. The drink selections both bottled and fountain looked really intriguing. Just a heads up the pineapple apple mint is not sweet I mixed half with the lemon lime soda .They keep it nice and cold inside and have beautiful outdoors seating as well.

First time going the staff was nice and explained to me the menu ended up getting white rice with spinach and hot honey chicken it was very good. I ended up trying the pita chips and they made them fresh out of the oven for me a little bit salty but I just knocked the salt off of them price for me with a drink was about $20. Huge vegetarian options as well.

Food was great, fresh, tasty and plentiful. It was my first time there so I asked questions. My first server was awesome, the next one in the line, not so good. Just pushed me along. The atmosphere, Loud! I get the whole Modern Vibe, but the acoustics in there are ear splitting. Was difficult to have a conversation without shouting.

I had an amazing experience at CAVA. The food was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. Everything tasted amazing and high quality. Daniel and the rest of the staff provided exceptional service, and were friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!

I walked into CAVA with high hopes and a craving for bold, fresh flavors—but sadly, the experience didn’t quite live up to the buzz. I ordered the popular Harissa Avocado bowl, loaded with harissa honey chicken, Crazy Feta, hummus, fire-roasted corn, avocado, rice, SuperGreens, and a drizzle of harissa vinaigrette. Sounds like a flavor bomb, right? While the ingredients blended decently, the bowl lacked that fresh, vibrant spark you’d expect from a Mediterranean-inspired spot.
I also grabbed a bag of their original pita chips, which ended up being a miss. They were way too salty and buttery—almost like eating a crunchy stick of salted butter (hard pass).
On a positive note, the restaurant was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. But the vibe? Pretty bland. It felt more like a corporate stop-and-go than a place with character.
Would I go back? Honestly, probably not. For the price, I expected a bit more wow and a lot less meh.

I visited CAVA in Bel Air on a very busy Thursday night, and I was blown away by the service. Despite the crowd, Keith, Abby, Trinity, and Jadon were absolutely fantastic. They handled the rush with total professionalism, stayed incredibly friendly, and made sure every bowl was prepared perfectly.
The food was spectacular—everything was fresh, flavorful, and hit the spot. It’s rare to see a team work so well together under pressure. Big thanks to the crew for making a hectic night feel like a breeze. I’ll definitely be back!

We made a visit to Cava Tollgate Marketplace, Bel Air, Maryland on August 2 at 7:00pm. This was my second visit and my husband’s first. My first visit on July 31st the service was outstanding. Met a friend for lunch and it was packed, however, employees were pleasant, patient, and professional. The August 2nd visit we walked into a completely bare restaurant noticing that all tables and booths were dirty with food and other debris. When we ordered our food the employee behind the counter was not only unmotivated to assist us, but mumbling. I had to ask him a couple of times to repeat himself. Husband didn’t have any better of an experience with the young man taking his order. Apparently Saturday evenings are not the best time to visit Cava. At checkout we did have a very pleasant and professional young woman which we appreciated. My husband was kind enough to wipe down a table and seats for us even though we counted at least six employees and a manager present. So I give this particular Cava’s location a 3 out of 5 based on the lack of professionalism and cleanliness. I am including a couple of photos so that it is very clear that I am being honest in my review.
