For the second time now dealing with this store, the pizza was ordered and delivered with a hair in it. No big deal, you should follow health and food guidelines and wear hair nets but oh well i guess. The first time the manager fixed the issues politely and with no issues. This time the manager seemed to think we were lying about it, maybe for a free $10.00 pizza but here’s the proof. Tried sending the pizza back so she could see but driver didn’t want it. Your drivers hair was the same as the one in the pizza but you said no one had curly hair. He had a curly beard, which is still hair. Time to source pizza elsewhere. Your manager needs customer service training!

The papa Bowls are a disgrace Papa John’s I called the store to get some kind of offer of maybe exchanging replacing or refund the manager pretty much just told me I’m beat for my hard-earned money I will never order from Papa John’s again over this we just spent 40 $2 for toppings no option to even get noodles bread or anything you guys are a disgrace and my family orders from this store on mud lane at least twice sometimes even three times a week because we’re always on the go never again will I.

It’s rare to find this level of warmth and care in customer service, and I’m grateful for this great interaction. Also, the pizza was perfect – flavorful, crispy, and exactly what I needed to wrap up my time in the city.

I’m placed my order at 8:25. Delivery was supposed to be 8:50. It’s 9:50. I called the store once and they said my order was lost. They would remake it. Oder never arrived. Manager (who made sure to tell me he was from another store) couldn’t explain why my pizza was lost…

If you are hungry, go somewhere else. This is the slowest drive-through ever!! Very disappointing. I was sitting there forever. I placed my order at (11:10pm). The order was supposed to be ready in 24 minutes (11:34pm) not true! I got my food at (12:00am). They don’t pull cars over if their food isn’t ready. So don’t waste your time placing a mobile order. They keep the cars at the window until their order is ready. Of course, my order was not hot enough. Plus, when you get to the window, they take their sweet time to assist you. I do not recommend this place at ALL!

I ordered a pizza from Papa Johns Pizza #papajohns the driver never knocked on the front door to let me know the pizza was here. The driver left pizza sitting on the front porch getting cold. This is no excuse for this poor customer service.
I call the store I order the pizza from Mudd Lane Louisville Ky. I first spoke to a female staff member and asked why my pizza was left on the front porch without the driver knocking on the door. She informed me that the company used #doordash and the drivers do this all the time and there was nothing that can be done. I asked to speak to the manager. Conversation with the manager. I voiced my displeasure that door dash drive left my pizza on the front porch to get cold and did not knock. He said Papa John has a contract with Door Dash to help deliver pizza and there is nothing they can do about and it happens all the time. The manager said if I didn’t want it to happen I should pickup my pizza. This is extremely poor customer. If Door Dash does this multiple customers this reflects on poor customer service.

The first staff member I spoke to, a female employee, informed me that they use #DoorDash for deliveries and that this happens regularly. She mentioned that there was nothing they could do about it. I then requested to speak with the manager.
When I explained my frustration about the driver leaving my pizza on the porch without knocking, the manager simply said that Papa John’s has a contract with DoorDash and that it happens all the time. He even suggested that if I didn’t want this to happen, I should just pick up the pizza myself.
This is a major disappointment. If DoorDash regularly leaves pizzas undelivered to customers’ doors, it’s a huge reflection on the lack of quality customer service. I expected more from a company like Papa John’s. #DoorDashFail #PapaJohnServiceFail
