Great ice cream – smooth and creamy. Great flavors for adult palettes. Got a flight – 4 half scoops. Adobe Road with red chile, vanilla fudge chunk with pinon brittle, yuzu caramel with black sesame, and creme fraiche with blueberries. May have to get flight again as it was so hard to pick just 4. Also, great patio and indoor seating in nice atmosphere. Worth the drive.

My wife and I both opted for the flight of four flavors, which I highly recommend for tasting their range. I was blown away by the balance of my choices: the Raspberry Sorbet was bright and clean, the Earl Grey was subtly aromatic, and the Brown Butter Piñon was a rich, nutty masterpiece. My wife loved the creamy intensity of the Triple Chocolate Brownie Chip and the unique tang of the Crème Fraiche Blueberry. Every single flavor hit that perfect note of sweetness—never overwhelming, just right.
A huge bonus is that the waffle cones are freshly made right there, which adds an incredible, warm crunch to the experience.
We also had the pleasure of meeting Dimitri, the owner/operator, who is clearly passionate about his craft. He was super friendly, helpful with suggestions, and elevated the entire visit. The shop itself is cute, clean, and welcoming.
Don’t let the industrial location fool you; this is a must-visit for any ice cream aficionado. With easy side-street parking available, Heidi’s is now our go-to spot for a quality dessert craving.

Nice relaxing entry patio that doubles as a great place to sit and enjoy the DELICIOUS in house made treats! Sample available and they use real spoons to minimize waste! We got matcha mint, vanilla, chocolate and a strawberry mint sorbet! The ingredients really come out in flavor and they DO NOT USE ARTIFICIAL FOOD DYES! 10/10 recommend customer service was phenomenal! And little humor for the bathrooms tackle the real issue at hand …. People not washing their hands

We were driving through town on our way back to Colorado and wanted ice cream on route. I looked up Best ice cream in Albuquerque and Heidi’s was just off 25. We were so happy with our choice as the ice cream was delicious and made right there on site. The flavors are more gourmet, all the flavors we tested were delicious. They were happy to let us try several flavors. We all got waffle cones and 2 flavors. I loved the butter pinion nut and chocolate I had. Will definitely stop by next time I am in Albuquerque.

I took myself out on an ice cream date & I was so excited by everything in here! The girls were so helpful and sweet! I tried samples of a few of them I forgot which flavor I got but I got the honey comb things on it, plus the jam jars too! BEST ICE CREAM I EVER TRIED. The inside is so cute! Someone said the area is weird on the reviews but I love the location. I hope you keep this spot, it felt like a little adventure getting there & it was nice to sit outside & chill on the patio without crazy stuff around. I’ve had a rough week & this made me smile 🙂

That was the single best ice cream experience of my life. The flavors are delectable. They were so kind about answering our questions and offering samples. We went with raspberry & earl grey with raspberry jam and a baklava sundae. Literally the best thing ever. I want to go back for the blackberry which I sampled after I got raspberry. Blackberry was sooo good! Don’t forget a jar of Heidi‘s organic raspberry jam to take home!

Wonderful flavors, good selection. The staff are fantastic and very friendly. I very much enjoyed the Earl Grey ice-cream. The Jasmine milk honey was delicious, but would’ve preferred more Jasmine flavor over the heavy honey, but Wonderful, none the less. I will definitely be back for more.

Delicious homemade ice cream! I really enjoyed the option of the ice cream flight. Unique, well-balanced flavors. The gals behind the counter were helpful and very sweet. Inside the shop was clean, organized, and tastefully decorated. The covered patio had plenty of seating and gorgeous landscaping.
