My first time trying this place I don’t think I’ll be back. The service was great at the drive-through. The fries were hot and good but the cheesesteak was very disappointing not enough meat mostly bread, but I was starving so it was decent so many better places to go for a cheesesteak in Baltimore. I should’ve known better but I was tired.

Oh my gawd the website/app was the most difficult thing I have tried to navigate. It would not let me purchase a promotional item that was essentially a combo. And purchase just a sandwich a la carte. On the same order. I had to make two separate purchases, the combo then the single sandwich.
Overall the food was not worth the effort it took to order it. It was two hours before closing. You would have thought I walked in five minutes before closing. There was not a smile or friendly face to be found anywhere.
I indulged myself ordering here. I could have spent my money elsewhere and felt better. I did not feel the food deserved the price they asked for it. I spent 12 dollars on a sandwich that was usually 18. I would have been satisfied paying eight. In fact, I would definitely return for an eight-dollar “Old School” meal.

They forgot my drink and I didn’t realize until I got home . Other than that the fries were fresh and hot and the chicken cheese steaks were good. Try the lemon pepper wings bone in. They were fried nicely. Fast service.

The place was busy, but clean. My boyfriend got a sub & said it wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t mind blowing either. If you like cheesesteak subs, I’d give it a try. Though it seems a little pricey too.

This was the double meat “old school cheesesteak” picture below, WOW how disappointed I am. The bones less wings I asked for sauce on side NOPE! Then asked for bleu cheese & celery, NOPE! I felt bad even asking as it seemed, was a huge deal, because must have been the 2 employees were not quite, hearing “Yo this guy wants everything” Tough when I only want the two condiments which was the only thing besides placing order. Customer service I have realized not to expect much with what we have as employees to pick from, shame the work ethic doesn’t exist any longer (general statement for the majority). Things are tight and prices are high, $10.29 for a “where’s the beef”” cheesesteak . I always try to give places a second try, everyone has a bad day, this time I will not. Moving forward maybe take down the pictures also, as HOLY MOLEY not even close, I don’t expect pictures, knowing they never do, but yours not even close. Hopefully the store off Joppa rd, will get a little more training (service)and put meat on subs and work on wings

Did not have cheese sticks forgot are additional order of cheese fries still charged it for us they charged us for large drinks gave us small it took forever and the meat was not good on the samwhiches we went here one time before and there where no problems
