My husband and I went to Roundup for a leisurely Sunday drive and stored at the Busy Bee for lunch. We both had the Chicken Ribeye Philly Sandwich, and it was perfect! As soon as the first taste hits your tongue, you’re not sure if one sandwich will be enough. Not to worry, though. It comes with your choice of a side. I had the sweet potato fries, while my husband ordered the tater tots. I’ll tell you, it was enough to satisfy a hungry tummy, but not so much that you feel uncomfortably stuffed. Props to the chef, and a big thank you to our server who made sure we were always taken care of. Frequent checks on our drinks, he made sure we were happy with our meals, and even gave us a bit of a background on the postcards made by a local professional photographer. 10 out of 10 would recommend this wonderful nook to anyone, local or visitor!

Wonderful service (shout out to Amber!!) but the food could’ve been better. The burger was 5 stars but everything else didn’t impress. Would recommend eating there for the small town vibe (& there aren’t a lot of other options) but just be careful of what you order. The burger is the way to go 😉

This is our first time here at Busy Bee Cafe and it was Delicious. We had the Mushroom Swiss burger and Fries and my husband had the Busy Bee Burger with Tots. The Burgers were Excellent and a plate full of Fries and Tots. The Mushroom Swiss burger was Amazing and a lot of Mushrooms. We will definitely be back. The Atmosphere of this little town cafe is Great and very Friendly.

This place is great! The food was a tasty down home cooked meal with excellent value! Portions were filling (the pancake was the size of the plate and so thick and fluffy) and the flavor was great not to mention the service was super. Despite the server being solo and there being more than one table to tend to she never let us go with out. Love going here! The drive from Billings is totally worth it.

It used to be good. We have eaten here a few times and the last 2 times the service was horrible. When we got there a guy got us water and coffee and said “He will be right out to take your order.” We sat there for 10+ minutes with only 1 other table of 3 people there and no one came out to take our order. We left.
The cook came out to the parking lot and wanted $5 for the 1/2 cup of horrible tasting coffee. No apologies for no one coming out to take our order. I could understand if it was busy but like I said it was us and 1 other small table.
He kept saying he was the cook and makes everything from scratch and that’s why it took so long. I would hate to see it while it’s busy!
He was RUDE and told us we were lucky the coffee was that cheap (again, did I mention how horrible tasting it was) .
We will NOT be back, which is too bad because the food we’ve had in the past has been good.

Aside from being the only choice for a sit-down breakfast in town, it’s a great value with generous portions.
FYI…. if you don’t have time to sit down and eat the gas station in town across from the grocery store makes some killer breakfast burritos and they open early.

The staff went above and beyond. I had the Montana Burger, and I highly recommend it. The coffee woke me up despite me being awake for 10 hrs and my brother ordered the raspberry lemonade – he loved it! The vegetables were fresh, and the lettuce was crunchy and delicious. The bathrooms are clean and so is the cafe. Service was prompt and understanding, even when my brother spilled his lemonade.

Food was excellent as always. Prices are fair for the volume of food you receive. The waitress seemed to not be having a good day, as she was quite short with taking our order, and never checked back with us, just came and started cleaning our table off.
It was nearly time to close, so maybe that was the problem. Normally the waitresses are tremendous so this was rather unique but made us quite uncomfortable.

Staff always so friendly as well as atmosphere. Food is more traditional/homestyle. Love it! Always see new and old faces of our community neighbors or travelers. People with stories to tell. Best place to pass time making the wait for food seem shorter than it is!
