Came here for dinner with the family, we all got the new Chester’s sandwich and they were already premade in a warming case. My son also ordered some Mac and cheese. How a sandwich can be soggy and dry at the same time astounds me. One of them the bun and chicken was also Burt from being too close the the heating element. Mac and cheese was bland and pasta was undercooked. Also when ordering a combo you don’t even get a drink. Customer service was incredibly rude and short with us when ordering. Will never eat at a Chester’s again.

Cashier is a total obnoxious itch. Needs to be fired, rude, i put my cash on the counter and she informed me she doesn’t like picking up money off the table, well I don’t want covid either. Get some mannners and have respect for customers, believe me yoyr nly doing anybody any good with your ⁶attitude and reudeness, shile serving cold food. Same goes for Hardees in the same building. This is the second Sunday evening (5ish) that we tried to get tenders. There were none cooked, but they were sitting there in a container in front of the fryer. I asked if there were any down cooking and the guy working said no. I asked could he cook some and he said they weren’t ready. When this truck stop first opened the ladies working there kept tenders and biscuits cooked. I wish that was still the case. We are local and support local business. So we went to Hardee’s where a very pleasant young woman told us they had no tenders thawed. We gave up and got bone in
