We stopped here on a road trip and ate on the patio because we had our puppy with us. Everyone was friendly and attentive even though we were the only ones sitting outside. The food was absolutely phenomenal, drinks were good, service was spot on and the building is gorgeous. It was such a cool place to stop and eat with a surprisingly good menu. We will definitely be stopping here the next time through, hopefully without the dog so that we can enjoy the warmth and ambience inside.

Our steak and prime rib was great, loved the buffalo chips too! Both meats were seasoned just right and cooked just right. So good, definitely worth going back.
Our only issue was we were forgotten about for 25-30 minutes and our food came before our salad. We actually didn’t get our salad until I asked about it.

You go to Nebraska for beef, and you can’t go wrong by ordering a hamburger. Can it be messed up? Absolutely, but not here! I had a bacon cheeseburger that I’ll be craving forever. It was cooked perfectly, juicy, and hot, and the fries were delicious. Our waitress was very sweet, kind, and attentive.

They have an extensive food menu, so there is something for everyone. My gyro and side salad were very fresh. Multiple people checked in on me often, too. I like that they kept the old time feel of the historic hotel in the decor. It also seems like people who are local eat here as well, not just people who are staying at the hotel.

My family and I dined here, but we were thoroughly disappointed. I ordered a 12oz ribeye, an 8oz flatiron, and the ribs. Unfortunately, all the beef was tough and undercooked. My ribeye, which cost over $30, was particularly disappointing. It was very thin-cut and not seasoned at all, just butter on top. The flat iron was overcooked and tough to chew. The broccoli was also overdone and had a dark, unappetizing color.
To make matters worse, my margarita was not made properly and tasted like something spiced instead of the strawberry flavor I ordered. My tequila sunrise was missing orange juice and only had tequila and watery grenadine.
This was my first time at this restaurant, and it will likely be my last. I had high expectations and hopes for this place, but it fell short. The waitress was great, though.

A real meal seems hard to come by in small towns, but the menu here is great. I enjoyed my meal, but found the veggies to be much to salty. My salmon was also a little to over cooked, but the dill sauce seemed to fix that. Ambiance was great!

Waited 55 minutes on an average Monday Night. Bartender struggled a little. Couldn’t find makers mark ao i ordered a substitute. Once ahe found it i ordered a double tall. It was poured as a single. French dip looked good. Kinda small for a $16 Sandwich. But it tasted like pure salt . So definitely not worth the wait of almost an hour. Buffalo chips were good.
