I got chicken pulao and which is simply with bagará rice and boiled chicken and no gravy very very dry. Idly use to be good now it’s not even fluffy anymore.
I think you guys need to learn more about the flavors
The service is quick and super friendly, even during the rush hours. Everything is made fresh, and you could tell the ingredients were high quality.
Not only is the food spectacular, but the vibe at the truck is fantastic. The staff is incredibly positive and welcoming.
If you’re looking for flavorful, authentic Indian food that’s fast and reasonably priced, do yourself a favor and track down Nasta Indian Food Truck! You won’t be disappointed.
I had the pleasure of trying the Chicken Pulav at Nasta Food Truck, and it was nothing short of amazing! The rice was perfectly fluffy, infused with rich, aromatic spices, and the chicken was tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. Every bite was a delicious blend of warmth and comfort, making it an absolute must-try for food lovers.
Beyond the incredible taste, the service was top-notch. The staff was friendly, attentive, and ensured a seamless experience from order to pickup. Their passion for great food and hospitality truly shines through.
We got one dosa. One poori.one goat ghee roast and a small chai… $45
The peanut chutney initially had a sour note, almost like it was leftover from the day before. Fortunately, they prepared a fresh batch later, and it tasted excellent. The wait time for the food was longer than expected. The Dosa was flavorful and well-made, but the Idly was quite hard—not the soft texture you’d hope for. Mysore Bonda had potential but needed a bit more cooking time. It wasn’t bad, but could’ve been better. The Paneer Pulav was disappointing, and I wouldn’t order it again.
If you’re planning to visit, I recommend going earlier in the day—the food quality seems noticeably fresher earlier than later.
The food quality was poor, hygiene standards were lacking, and the service was not satisfactory. The taste was below expectations.
The previous management provided much better quality and service. Unfortunately, both have declined significantly under the current team.
With the current food quality and taste, the attitude toward customers is unjustified. I strongly suggest focusing on improving hygiene, food quality, taste, and customer interaction before anything else.
