With it being only 2 servers on a SATURDAY, Destiny was amazing and very attentive to my group and I!! She recommended us quite a few options from the menu. Our food came out in a timely manner, and it was a decent portion. The lighting was low and we used our phone flashlights to see menu. But, overall the place is nice on the inside. If I’m ever back in VA again, I would definitely stop by. I recommend trying this place out.

We had a great time, to early for karaoke, so it was quite and relatively empty. We do enjoy a good boil. We ordered the mild spice, which the wife found to be just right. I like it a little spicer, but this was fine. Atmosphere was pretty cool, including a smallest boat. Clean and well appointed very nice.

Everytime I come here!! Food is amazing my wife typically gets the seafood boils she loves them but I’m not always in the mood for a boil. The poboys and fried baskets never fail me. Today I got the shrimp poboy and the crab cake basket both were a 20/10!!! Servers are always amazing today we had Deja.

Delicious! Apple Maps said they close at 10 but when we arrived around 9:15 pm they informed us that that is incorrect and that they close at 9:30 pm. They still served us! We were able to order and finish our boils because their service was so quick. The boil bay special sauce was so good. It is now my top seafood boil sauce. Very creamy. Very garlicky and will have your breath kicking. The restaurant is so dark with a giant boat in the middle. I personally dislike it. However, they have a handwashing station in the dining area for convenience. Genius! It felt pricey tho. 2 boils totaled ~$85.00

The Owner/Manager is loud and obnoxious and treats her employees horribly. The manager was on her phone yelling very loudly in another language half the time we were there. She was bartending and we received our food before our drinks because she was more concerned about her phone. She made a drink incorrectly so it got sent back, and she got upset about it and treated the waitress badly. The waitress was phenomenal and attentive, and the owner/manager treated her awfully, accusing her of talking badly about her when she never did. The owner/manager is rude. She does not know how to properly work in customer service and should stay home. I feel so badly for the employees who have to work under her.

It took the waitress 20 minutes to take our order. The food was horrible, let alone the bad service from the waitress. The shrimp was deep fried in gritty cornmeal. The coleslaw was soaked in mayonnaise. The hush puppies were made from gritty crunchy cornmeal as well. I sent all the food back. The restaurant smelled very bad when you first walked in as well. Needless to say I won’t be back. I’ll maybe give this place less than 6 months to survive.

If you can muster the strength to get inside, you will not be displeased. Sometimes there is a live DJ and Karaoke. The drinks are reasonably priced, and pretty good alcohol content wise. The food is always fresh! From Po boys to crab boils, and the catfish & fries (both regular and Cajun), Ive had many different dishes, all very delicious. (Made a seafoodless boil for about $60 bucks, 2lbs sausage, 3 potatoes, 8 eggs, 6 corns in Boil Bay special sauce.)
I’ve never had a single problem w/ any order, and Ive been here at least 10 times. The “Boil Bay special” is the best seasoning hands down as well! Only down side is the price has gone slightly up, but that is to be expected.

I would not recommend ever coming here. I made a reservation and was sat right away which was nice because the line was long, but me and my girlfriend waited 30 minutes before we had to go find a waiter to get a drink order in. We did not see the waiter for another hour until our food came out. After that we had to go find the waiter again to refill our drinks. We were never proactively checked on once. Service here is terrible. The only thing I can say positive about this place is that the food was good.
