Egg shells in my eggs…JALAPEÑOS in my pancakes….missing 2 items from my order….and the hostess kept messing up my order…….i had a terrible time with the hostess…i just wanted my food and leave. i got my food and drove all the way to the south from running errands in the north. i go home and im missing almost $20 worth of my order….im already over it….my family and i start eating….what a surprise there’s egg shells in the tacos….and it doesn’t end there…..there’s pieces of damn jalapeño in my pancakes. we just threw the food away. absolutely unbelievable. never coming to this location whatsoever.

Bad service and upon arrive the table was greasy & dirty. One of the coffee mugs was chipped all around. The waitress ignored us when when attempting to call her to the table. It literally took more than 30 mins to get our breakfast plates & several ingredients were missing. The “over easy” eggs were over cooked & the bacon had a nasty flavor. The flour tortillas were dense, hard & didn’t have a good flavor. When we addressed it with the waitress she made a frustrated facial expression ♀️. This is the 1st time I have not included a tip! Upon walking out of the establishment, a customer was waiting for a to go order & had a dog inside the restaurant.

My visit was unsatisfactory to say the least. Service was really slow. It took too long just to get out drinks. Finally we ordered but the food too a good while before it came out. My plate came first and a few minutes later my daughter’s food came. Huevo Ranchero plate with a guisado was over priced.
The picadillo did not taste good at all. I was charged $5.50 for orange juice. It cost more than the taco my daughter ordered. Two people and we paid $28 for two drinks one plate and one taco. The food was good except for the picadillo. I really don’t see my self going back anytime soon.

Service was great as soon as I walked in, tacos were good but Tortillas were a little on the tough side. Tacos are big and didn’t finish the 2 I ordered. They have freshly squeeze orange juice.

The service provided by the waitress was unsatisfactory, as my order was incorrect. Upon receiving our beverages, we observed black and white spots on the glass. When we requested a replacement, the waitress dismissed our concern, stating it was merely the cup and that if it were an issue, all drinks would be similarly affected. We identified the spots as mold, prompting our request for a new drink. The subsequent lemonade served lacked ice. Despite our attempts to gain her attention, the waitress consistently avoided our table.

I usually go to the one at Arkansas. This specific location was very disappointing. I came in sat down and had to wait several minutes before being asked what I would be ordering. There are more than several waitresses and only a few tables with people. Now to the food: the tortillas felt and tasted rubbery. I had to send them back and told them to heat them up because they were cold. The plates lack presentation and I even had to request silverware after waiting minutes of getting my food. The server went to the service station, just crumbled a napkin placed a fork and a knife and handed it to me. The place was not packed,however, I had to ask for coffee refill since the waitresses don’t check up on you. Extremely, disappointed with the service. I would not recommend nor come back to this location.

We had the pancakes with fruit for my youngest daughter, Paulitas special that has the 3 eggs with salsa, barbacoa, bacon, potatoes and beans, my other daughter asked for the Omlet Light with weat toast, avocado slices, tomato slices and the onset is 4 egg whites with spinach mushroom mexican cheese. The hubby had taco de guisado and taco de barbacoa. The TACOS ARE VERY BIG TO FIT THE PLATE AND THE PLATES ARE WELL SERVED. WELL PRICED.

I really enjoyed it here while visiting Laredo with some friends! The tacos were huge I could barely get through one of them! The service was decent, but not bad. The whole environment was cozy and felt nice. Will definitely come back when I’m in Laredo again!
