It’s really amazing how incompetent staff is here. I’ve been here twice and both experiences were horrible. First time I waited drive through for several minutes and they said they were closed even though it was 10 pm on a Friday. So I proceed leave and voice says place your order. Got two tacos and grease dripped out and they had no flavor. I thought I would give them second chance. Second time the employee acted like she was on drugs and had repeat order four times. I was about ready to pull away and just leave. Same as first experience grease dripping out of taco and human hair in it. Emailed corporate and nothing was done. Due to food that is greasy, incompetent employee, and hair in my food I won’t be coming back.

Waited 16 minutes for a #5 one taco and nachos. Ridiculous. Second time I’ve waited way too long. Would recommend driving right by them. They do not value their in store customers.

So, I used the Taco Bell app and ordered a secret aradvark nacho fries. You can customize most menue items. I happend to switch my beef to steak, add more fires and cheese, and switch sauce to avocado ranch. It tastes amazing. Fries were still crunch, but soft on inside, cheese, and avocado ranch with the tender steak brought the flavor . Loved the dish added to my favorite. Also, I purchased my drink for 11 something but round it up to $12 for Taco Bells charity.
I love it when you order off the app the courtesy taco bell employee asks if everything looks how you order it; not every place does that. Taco Bell does have a cravings value menu, where everything costs less than $3, which is without tax.
I recommend getting the Taco Bell app. The reward system is generous on points. The reward selection has variety.
Willowbrook Lane Taco Bell, the staff there is friendly, and food comes out pretty fast, so I am not waiting long.

Out of MILD sauce … how in the world did that happen? If you read the other reviews this is clearly a poorly managed Taco Bell. I felt bad for the employees because they are the real victims – if the management/owner can’t figure out how not to run out of something like MILD sauce how are they at managing payroll, etc? Pretty new building – looks nice – but managed by mediocrity. Oh, I had a quesadilla a week ago with zero cheese which is the trickle-down of poor management. At the time I blamed the person who made it but now I wonder if they had enough cheese to even put the correct amount on the dish? Bad as it gets.

I wouldn’t give them any stars. This location is very slow.I waited 20 mins for order after placed You don’t receive your order in the order they get ordered. The person 6 people back will get it before you. The place is very dirty and nothing is stocked in the lobby. No lids no sauce no clean tables.

We absolutely LOVE Chance at the Willowbrook location in Lincoln, Ne. He always makes our experience at Taco Bell so much more fun. He has an amazing personality and is super funny and personal. We definitely think he deserves a raise.
