I’m so happy! They had my order accurate and warm. Thank you so much. There’s no option to customize the bread to be toasted and I had to call. The guy who answered “listen and pay attention my detail” he toasted my bread. Thank you so much!

This Panera Bread is awesome overall. The Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt is unmatched, and the Creamy Tomato soup is pretty good as well. This Panera specifically deserves the 5 stars because they always have all the ingredients to make my order (Yes, I’ve been to other nearby Paneras that didn’t offer this same luxury). Staff are always welcoming and relatively quick in making my order. The seating area is decent and clean.

I am writing to report an extremely unprofessional and unpleasant experience during my recent visit to your Panera location. While waiting, I observed an older, short woman with blond hair, identified as Olga, treating her colleagues with unacceptable disrespect.
She was repeatedly heard making demeaning comments, including telling coworkers to “shut up” and publicly stating that they were “dumb” and incompetent at their jobs. This behavior created a tense and negative atmosphere, which is highly disruptive to a customer environment.
Furthermore, when I made a simple and necessary request for a clean spoon, Olga responded with visible annoyance and an abrupt, rude demeanor. The combination of unprofessional conduct toward staff and poor customer service made for a very disappointing visit. Respectful communication and basic courtesy should be standard for all employees.

Best Panera ever!! Food and staff have always been amazing and so helpful!
My car broke down yesterday and the manager herself came out and helped me jump start my car along with her cook! You cannot beat that kind of service!

Peaceful, clean, good service. I had the walnut chicken sandwich- it was made for a toddler. Half spoon of the chicken mixture, tiny lettuce , i don’t know why i had to even say it that this was a “sad sandwich” to put more on there. He fixed it right away but I couldn’t help to think why he couldn’t see it himself in first place.
Place was clean with plenty of seating and speed out, not like in other Paneras, this one is big. Lot of room.

This older location could use some love and a renovation. Unfortunately, Panera has changed a lot over the years and with rising prices and stagnant food quality, this one is no exception.

I’ve loved Panera since it was st. Louis bread company and I had the fortitude and physique to eat the broccoli cheddar bread bowels with hazelnut coffee 25 years ago.

The hazelnut coffee still carries the same joyful Aroma that it did back in the day. Now I temper it with a hefty dollop of almond milk and decaf coffee taking full advantage of their $8.99 unlimited sip club.

Walk into any Panera and what really makes the difference are the employees who joyfully greet you, for the most part. When you stop by as frequently as I do for the free coffee you get to recognize familiar people. It is those very people which make Panera successful. And the ridiculous value of the Sip club. The food is okay; and my wife finally calls it Hospital food. I’ve enjoyed it many times and it is consistently what it is. From the classic ham and cheese sandwich to the famous cheddar broccoli soup it delivers a satisfying meal.

While I was waiting for my food at the counter I noticed the young built guy making sandwiches was doing all the work while a short latina girl with glasses did nothing but watch while multiple orders were coming in making the guy do everything on his own.

Disappointing to see.

Good location. Lots of seating and courteous staff. A nice morning coffee spot. There’s a cute reading nook with two soft chairs, many tables, booths and a side meeting area
