Awesome for a fast meal. This restaurant is very clean, organized and basic for the kids. They put a healthy amount of meat and toppings. Hope everyone has a good experience here like we have. Alex was an awesome manager to help the kids make up their minds.

They need to change the freaky fast on their logo. The lady working the counter could barely take an order and couldn’t even remember what we had in the line of two cars when we pulled up. It took over 30 minutes to get our food. I don’t even know if it is good yet, because we are still here waiting

I had my first experience at Jimmy John’s today, and I was really impressed! The restaurant was exceptionally clean, and everyone working there was so friendly and welcoming. I tried the Roast Beef & Cheddar sandwich, and it was deliciou, fresh bread, perfectly sliced meat, and just the right amount of flavor. The service was fast, and the staff made the experience even better with their positive attitude. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to!

Extremely Disappointed Wouldn’t Recommend This Location
My visit to this Jimmy John’s was beyond frustrating. First off, the entire store was cluttered with trays, bins, and food prep supplies everywhere clearly for catering, but there was zero effort to keep it behind the counter or out of the customer space. It looked more like a chaotic prep kitchen than a functioning restaurant.
Then there’s the tone deaf signage on the wall, particularly item #16, which perpetuates a tired and offensive narrative by blaming women for men’s behavior. It’s outdated, inappropriate, and completely unacceptable in a public facing business in 2025. Do better.
The atmosphere was equally off-putting. One of the workers was loudly singing directly in a young girl’s face in an overbearing, obnoxious way making it deeply uncomfortable to even stand in line. Instead of a fun, friendly vibe, it felt immature and invasive.
To top it all off, I was overcharged for cheese. $1.30 extra when that is not the standard pricing. not to mention the weird stares.
This location is messy, tone deaf, and inattentive to both cleanliness and customer service. I won’t be back, and I don’t recommend anyone else waste their time here either.

This is the absolute best Jimmy John’s we have ever been to and we’ve been to many. While on vacation at the beach, we decided to stop in because our kids were really craving it. They are so family-friendly and kind. It was an amazing experience. Especially Katie went out of her way to be extra kind to our children and make us feel welcome here in Florida. We will absolutely be back!!! Thank you so much for the awesome experience!

Erin and Keirstein (sorry if spelled wrong) were absolutely amazing. In town for the rocket launch, stopped in for a quick bite. They were amazing. I probably came just in time for the lunch rush, but they were cool, calm, collected and so friendly. Refreshing to see such great service. Thanks guys!

I stop at Jimmy John’s for two reasons: 1) I like subs; 2) they’re fast. Usually. I’ve been to this location a few times because it’s close to work and I can swing by, only losing a few additional minutes in between meetings. Today, that was a mistake. I arrived in the drive thru at 12:06 waited a few, then placed my order, pulling forward behind 2 vehicles. I figured it’ll only take a couple minutes, right? I mean, they’re whole marketing campaign is built on being “freaky fast.” Heck, it was on their t-shirts!! Not this time. I finally put the car in park and waited…and waited…and waited. Finally, the first car departed, without food from what I could see. The car in front of me pulled up and it was another long wait, although fast food drive thru waiting is not like waiting in a Dr’s office, or was it?!? When I finally arrived at the window, I was greeted by the young lady who will forever be known as Giggle Bot. I don’t know what was funny, but everything seemed to be. She opened the window, giggled and told me she had to re-enter my order, then shut the window and proceeded to talk to the other folks in the restaurant. After another few moments, Giggle Bot handed me my drink, giggled and said, “you’ll get a free brownie,” then closed the window again and was dancing to the music in the store. I didn’t care about the brownie – I needed to get back to work! She opened the window, giggling of course, called the manager over and said she needed to remove something. The manager came over, asked me if I’d paid (I had not), looked at the system, told Giggle Bot it would have to be re-booted and sent her to the front register to re-enter the order. After another few moments, she returned to take my payment, reinforcing that I’d get a brownie, while giggling. I finally departed the window at 12:28. Let that sink in: “freaky fast” = 22 minutes. I can sit down at most restaurants and get a fully custom order in less than 20 minutes from order time. I can only surmise that Giggle Bot was high as a kite and that Jimmy John’s needs to re-look their drug policy. Either way, it’ll be a while before I’ll return to this location – I’d recommend you hold off as well unless you’re also high as a kite and service doesn’t matter to you, but there’s a Taco Bell right across the street for those munchies.

Service rendered by the cashier was less than desireable this afternoon; not only did she refuse to acknowledge my presence while standing in line, no soon after she took my money for my order she conveniently didn’t put my order in queue resulting in my meal not being made only after I noticed all the customers behind me had successfully received their orders. After alerting the staff members that I have been waiting for around 10 minutes for my order the all appeared lost, confused and replied they haven’t seen my order in their queue. This establishment and their personnel can benefit from future customer relation/satisfaction training.

Jimmy John’s is where we go for an Unwich (a sandwich without the bread) your ingredients are wrapped in lettuce leaves instead of bread. You can buy any sandwich with bread as an Unwich. But you can also buy a traditional sub sandwich with bread. For Active Duty and retirees ask if they offer a military discount, as some of the stores do offer a discount. The cashiers and sandwich makers are super friendly. The sandwiches at Jimmy John’s are yummy!
