Inspired by the brasseries of Paris, La Cour is a melange of culinary influences, creating innovative, locally sourced dishes that celebrate the influences of French, Continental, and new American cuisines. Serving lunch, dinner and brunch on the weekends, La Cour also offers an excellent bar program featuring classic cocktails, wine, beer and espresso drinks, all set in a highly designed, curated interior that flows naturally into outdoor seating in our courtyard or as we like to call it… our La Cour.

Everything was great! Our waiter Makaila was a dream! Perfect timing when checking on us, kept us updated, and wasn’t overbearing. The food was cooked to perfection. We had appetizers (you must try the lamb chops), entrees and dessert. Everything we had was great. This is not your average place to eat. You most certainly will not be disappointed if you like great food!

I had the pleasure of dining at La Cour recently, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Our server, Jay, went above and beyond to make the evening memorable.
Jay was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. From offering insightful menu recommendations to ensuring our glasses were always full, Jay’s service was flawless. They struck the perfect balance between being present and giving us space to enjoy our meal.
The food was equally impressive – every dish was cooked to perfection, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot for any occasion. ( Husband’s Birthday)
If you’re looking for a top-notch dining experience, I highly recommend La Cour Kitchen. Be sure to ask for Jay – their outstanding service will make your visit unforgettable!

Weekday evening double date. I’ve waited a couple of weeks to post this review because I’m still not sure how I feel about this place. Pros: food is tasty, drinks well made, nice location, and interesting menu. Cons: the staff seemed all over the place, there wasn’t a tremendous knowledge about the menu, the saxophone was incredibly loud to the point of impeding conversation even from the far side of the room, and we were given a free $12 appetizer coupon after spending in excess of $100 per person for dinner. It just felt like an identity struggle between down home cafe and upscale eatery. This would be a perfect spot to come from drinks and a shared appetizer.

So delicious! Today was our first visit for lunch and we will be back!
A little pricey but worth it!
The stuffed mushroom appetizer was very nice sized for sharing or a small meal.
I enjoyed the blackened chicken with crawfish cream sauce and substituted French vegetables for the dirty rice.
My friend enjoyed the Cobb salad with Cajun ranch dressing.

This was such a nice ambiance. We walked in when the pianist was playing a great selection of music. The staff was welcoming and professional. Every dish we ordered came out with perfection. For appetizer we got lamb chops and crab claws. The lamb chops were full of flavor and tender. I got the peach salad for my entre. I tried on someone else plate haricot vertí (baby broccoli)for the first time and made a great first impressions. I wasn’t too crazy about their drinks, I honestly thought I’ve had way better drinks for less.

We discovered this fabulous place by accident. Located inside Highland village shopping center. Great atmosphere. It’s a nice atmosphere. As I have read the previous reviews, we were blessed with a great server. His name was Scottie. I ordered the salmon, my husband ordered the seasonal red fish. The Brussel sprouts are to die for. Both mine and my husband’s fish was very dry. But our next visit we will just ask them to make sure the fish is not so dry. We later found out that they have live music on the weekends. Definitely a place we plan on returning too.

This was my husband and mine first time visiting, upon entering the restaurant the overall ambiance of the place was excellent. Our waitress seemed a bit much but I came to like her. The food was however a bit over priced but it was what it was. I had lamb with greens and cornbread, best cornbread I’ve ever tasted from a restaurant I will definitely give them that. That cornbread is in a category of its own,it can’t be touched! My husband had the salmon with Gouda Mac and cheese. He really enjoyed it. To me, It was decent . I almost forgot to mention the appetizer . We had the spinach dip with shrimp added. It was very good. Nothing really blew me away, other than those appetizer prices but listen to each is own. The dessert really took me for a loop , I ordered bread pudding and I got a lightly damped croissant with an ice cream scoop on top, i kept waiting around like is it another section to it or… but it was not. Simply a damped croissant with an ice cream scoop. We were very displeased, especially since it literally took about 17 minutes for them to bring it out. Damped bread. They were wild for that one. I did enjoy the vibe though. Very subtle, yet alot of young energy all at once. I would say it’s worth being checked out. But listen, if you do….. please let me know if they were hiding the real bread pudding in the back somewhere, I refuse to believe they out here handing out, sweetened dampened croissants posing as pudding , That’s a crime! I can’t. Worth the visit though overall.

I checked out this place today for lunch/brunch. We walked in and we were seated immediately as it was not busy at the time. The hostess sat us right next to the restroom and seemed to have an attitude when I asked to move.
The waitress was cool. She took the orders and brought everything out in a timely manner. I ordered a Mediterranean omelette and breakfast potatoes. The omelette was undercooked on the inside and the eggs were too slimy. The breakfast potatoes were well seasoned.
The same hostess seemed to give me a death stare as I was leaving. I’m not sure if I’d come back. I feel like this place wants to be fancy and upscale but it misses the mark for me.

Overall, 5 stars. They completed the necessary tasks, and I ordered the flight mimosas and the mama chicken, and it was AMAZING! I highly recommend it. We were seated as soon as we arrived because we had reservations. Our server and assistant manager, Mr. Otis, was excellent. I appreciated how well-versed he was on the menu and could describe the flavors of the various items. It was a very serene and friendly environment. Without a doubt, I will return soon.

Our group of 10 had a fantastic Galentine’s brunch. We were in the lovely private room. Our server, Ashley, was absolutely amazing. Management and staff were all wonderful and kind. The food was delicious. I had the chicken and galettes. The chicken was awesome because the buttermilk batter really smacked and the seasoning on the potatoes was perfection. One member of our group had the most lovely mocktail with detailed strawberry hearts. We enjoyed sparkling mimosas flavored with various juice choices. Yum! La Cour brunch is a wonderful experience over all and I recommend that everyone give it a try. You will not be disappointed. I’ll be going back to try out lunch and dinner and hit the bar, which had a nice vibe. Thanks, La Cour! Thanks, Ashley! You’re all amazing.
