I can’t put into words how amazing Ray, his wife, and the rest of the team are. They are the kindest and friendliest crew, and amazing chefs! My fiancee and I did our wedding tasting with them and it was out of this world. We are so happy our venue told us about Ray and his team. Got the gnocchi! It was awesome !!! My husband got the peach salmon – so good ! Located in South bridge inside Grand Lakes clubhouse – right off of Hwy 17. You think it’s a private club but anyone can go 🙂

Brides – pick Ray! We just did our tasting for our wedding and left feeling so full, happy, and excited to book Ray and 815 Bistro. Every item we sampled was beyond perfect, and so thoughtful for our preferences and dietary restrictions. We know our guests are in for a treat! Highly recommend!

My family and I visited this restaurant for the first time as a group of seven, and overall we had a great experience. From the outside, the building looks very similar to the community clubhouse, so we were a bit confused at first. But once we stepped inside, the atmosphere completely won us over—it’s very nice, pretty, and clean, with a warm and welcoming vibe.
The service was excellent. Our server, Emily, was incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure our large group was well taken care of throughout the meal. Her hospitality really stood out and added a lot to our experience.
As for the food, it was generally okay. Most dishes were enjoyable and tasty, though the steak was a bit too salty for our taste. Even so, we still had a good time and appreciated the overall dining experience.
In the end, the combination of great service, pleasant atmosphere, and a comfortable setting made it a positive first visit. We would consider coming back, especially thanks to the wonderful service we received from Emily.

Had an impromptu dinner at 815 Bistro. If you weren’t looking for it you could miss it tucked away in Grand Lake’s pool area. But it’s worth the find. We had the salmon, shrimp and grits and gnocchi with chicken. They are very newly opened and don’t yet have their full alcohol Liscence to allow for Sunday sales but you can BYOB. The food was excellent. Highly recommend!

Had a taste testing today for our wedding. Not only was the food incredible but Ray and his wife Emily were simply fantastic. They really seem to enjoy feeding people and give off the energy that truly makes you feel at home. I was actually telling my fiancée I don’t think I can wait until our wedding to eat their food again so we’re planning a date night for sure. Thanks again Ray and Emily!
