I normally only leave negative reviews but Bc Pizza store employees rarely get any recognition I thought I’d comment.The way the manager Lacey handled my order took this place to a whole different level. Super attentive, incredibly kind, and clearly someone who genuinely cares about customers. They jumped in immediately, made sure everything was perfect, and turned what could’ve been a small hiccup into an awesome experience. That level of customer service is rare these days and deserves serious recognition.

This place used to make my food with love maybe the first 3 times I came. The last 4 times I’ve ordered the food they choose whatever they want. I don’t know if they are rushing or simply don’t care anymore. I always order every pizza I get “Well Done & Extra Sauce” they I’ve put it back in the oven to get the well done crisp. But never any extra sauce. I can clearly taste the difference and don’t like the pizza unless it has extra sauce. I don’t have time to call them and have them remake, just did it right the first time. It doesn’t take much time to add extra sauce to the pizza especially being that you have to put the sauce on there anyways. I just started going to Pizza Hut instead smh

I had to get a remake because my order was incorrect. These pictures are of the remakes that came out even WORSE. The staff is so nasty towards customers. He TOSSED my pizzas on the counter with one hand towards me. I asked him if the pizza was dropped and why it was missing a piece. It looked absolutely terrible. He said “it’s not missing a piece. If you push it together, it’s all there. There’s nothing wrong with it! I’m not remaking it again! ” I txt my husband to come inside and help me deal with the situation, because I didn’t know what to do. I took a picture and the two male employees start telling each other “Oh! She’s taking pictures!” “Why you taking pictures?!” I said so I can leave a review. They were mad and offended by that. My husband said we should just go home. I even pushed the pizza back together to find out it was kinda missing a small slice. I’ve had problems with this store in particular about undercooked pizza dough, when I always order it well baked. The normal baked always come out very doughy and raw. This was the worst employee encounter I’ve ever had with papa John’s. They do not value their customers and that’s why this locations reviews are so bad.

Had ordered delivered, spent over $ 80.00, ordered individual pizzas. Onions that were not supposed to be on pizza, covered top and under cheese, also we ordered with Canadian bacon, but there was no Canadian bacon. Manager offered to replace the order, but it’s late, it would be past bedtime when it arrived. Will never order from this establishment again.

They made me wait 10minutes for nothing. I told the cashier I was picking up and she didn’t check properly. Then finally another employee gave me my pizza that have been sitting now for 10 minutes!!!

We like papa Johns a lot but extremely disappointed with this recent order. please see attached photos pan pizza burned, cheese sticks are totally dry not much cheese and large regular pizza has extremely huge bezels. Hope they improve and don’t disappoint customers.

Last time I’m eating at this Papa John’s. 2nd time in a row with exact issue. Ordered a half cheese and half the works. Both times showed up 2/3 cheese and 1/3 works. Supposed to be here in 40 minutes called at 50 minutes said it just left the store. It was delivered by Uber and it was not hot, warm at best. Done with this place

Ordered a spinach alfredo pizza, and received one with marinara instead. Called the store and asked to get a replacement sent out, and was told it’d arrive in 45-55 minutes. Followed up with the store 90 minutes later to find no replacement order was ever put in. To top it off, the quality of the rest of the order was generally poor.
Update: After following up that night when the replacement never arrived I was offered a refund. 3 days later after not seeing a refund I followed up to find that no refund was ever issued.

I used to love this Papa John’s. Up until today, when I received notification that my order was ready. 45 minutes later when I arrived at the location, my order could not be found. I waited another 30 minutes only to be told that my order had been given to somebody else. The person who gave it to the other person did not care about it. I asked what would be done in order to make things right, and was greeted that I could get a Coke. I requested my money back, and of course, was given notice that electronic payment could not be refunded right away due to electronic systems needing to power off in order to refund payment. I will not be going back to this Papa John’s. They have lost all business from me. What a shame. Terrible service and terrible employees. Customer service is a thing of the past.
