Pizza took almost an hour from order to pickup ready. Manager under a lot of stress and not to friendly with a customer who had been waiting longer than me. She was also micro-managing her capable staff which is a sure sign of stress. I believe they were short staffed.

I have ordered from this Domino’s probably 20 times in the last couple of years —for personal consumption and for serving large parties/groups of people. Typically, the pizza is amazing, and I have had very few poor outcomes.
However, I pre-ordered pizzas for a surprise birthday party for my husband. My dad was accepting the delivery order for me at the party location because I was bringing my husband. I specifically asked my dad to leave a CASH tip instead of having one written in on the receipt. Fast forward a couple of days later when I got an extra charge on my credit card. I went to the restaurant, and was shown the receipt where a worker wrote in a $20 tip after getting a cash tip. I called and confirmed again with my dad who had accepted my order that he had given cash and not written anything on the receipt. The person who helped us kept saying, “Well maybe they got confused and wrote the $20 thinking that was for the cash.” I had another witness who said that they saw my dad hand cash and leave the receipt blank.
I was offered free delivery on my next order in a move of good faith. However, someone needs to be written up or fired for writing in charges on receipts. Not honest at all!

Quick, easy and consistently good pizza. Great coupon specials offered regularly. We order on the way down Startown, run in to Food Lion for drinks and it’s always ready when we come out of the store.

The only reason I give it 4 instead of 5 stars is because it’s understaffed. My order was 45 minutes late in being ready for pickup. But the lady working was by herself and the pizza was great as always.
