We go in all the time to order a side of rice and a side of veggies. Most of the time we are charged accordingly. For some reason when Jacob is managing, he chooses to charge us for a whole meal even though we are just getting 2 sides. This has never been a problem until now. We tried to have a friendly discussion but Jacob just hid in the back of the kitchen til the transaction was finished and we left.

Love coming to this location for several reasons. It’s very clean and stocked well. The food is always fresh and stocked aswell. Leslie is a manager who always looks out for us and always takes care of us very well. She is very kind and friendly and has a great smile.

We just stood in line for 20 minutes and the line had not moved at all. The girls behind the counter didn’t even say anything. The one behind the register and the gal standing next to her were just standing around. There was a guy in the back that was moving around and looked super busy. And there was one gal cutting meat up. And there was another gal just standing around with spoons in her hand. The whole time we were in there they only finished one order, which was mostly done when we walked in. And we have been in the parking lot for 5 minutes and the line still hasn’t moved. We ended up walking out because it didn’t look like the lin(that was out the door at that point) was going to be moving any time soon based on how it had been going so far.
The service at this location has always been rough, but this was worse than I’ve ever seen. And none of the workers said anything to any of us about what their delay was, or asking/thanking us for waiting. Noone even said anything as we walked in either.

My daughter and I come through the drive thru several times a month if not more for burrito bowls. We both have always had a great experience!! Food is ready on time, it’s warm and delicious. The staff is always friendly and smiling! Thank you!

I just got back from here, what a frustrating experience, I ordered 2 burritos, I wanted easy rice on one, normal on the next. Ends up putting the same amount on both burritos. So then I tell her on the first one light normal pinto beans and light on the second, she proceeds to mix that up because she’s in such a hurry to get my down the line (with no one behind me, no line) already asking me for which meat while I’m trying to explain to her her mistake and get it corrected. I ended up saying whatever and moving on. I order barbacoa and chicken, the chicken was a decent portion but I think I got 3 chunks of barbacoa.
What a terrible experience. So I guess I’ll be enjoying my bean and rice and sour cream burrito. So fricking stingy for 23 dollars. No wonder there’s 2 amazing Mexican food trucks across the street.

I’m usually a huge fan of chipotle so I feel bad but it needs to be called out! I’m usually a very reasonable person however when I told them which meat I wanted, I kid you not they barely put any into the bowl. I don’t need a lot of meat however I was completely shocked by how little they put in and I asked if they could put a little more because that wasn’t a ton and she just said no I’ll charge you extra. Which, if you want extra meat, that makes sense however, she barely put anything in and I didn’t see it as fair. I got Barbacoa and I could count maybe 3 pieces. She also was not kind about it. I love chipotle but I will not be returning to this location. Usually, they’re on top of it, but how she treated me and how she barely put any meat into my bowl was actually pretty crazy.
I’m not sure if the person making the meat was just lazy and didn’t want to make more then they needed so maybe they were trying to be stingy however I’m paying for lunch and out of the 100 times I’ve been to chipotle I was shocked by the amount this time. If that’s the new amount of meat that’ll be put into bowls I will no longer be going to chipotle. If you look closely in the pictures I took, there’s hardly any meat. I was moving my toppings around so you guys can see.

Started out great but boy has it declined. Dirty, floors, tables, and trash everywhere. Ordered a salad and got 5 pieces of lettuce greens and when I asked and said I wanted the salad I was told that was all I got plus toppings. My son had more lettuce on top of his bowl than my salad. Staff was playing around in the back when they showed I old have been cleaning up the mess inside. We decided to take food home because thw place was so bad. Hopefully just a bad night.

Missy the Apprentice there at Ironwood & Ocotillo is amazing! She constantly goes above and beyond for everyone. This is the only chipotle I’ll go to even though I live 5 mins away from Hunt & Gary! Food is always good, rarely have to wait long unless it’s late at night and they are busy with online orders, but they do their best always. Hailey is great too! Saw her training another team member in an uplifting way. Best chipotle in AZ, especially in Queen Creek/San Tan Valley!
