Ok, so, I went to Goose Creek Papa John’s on St. James Ave. store and ordered pizza. They got the order wrong. I called the store and asked them to please make it right he said I could come up and get it.
I then asked if he could just please send a driver with my order? He said he would do that, and I thanked him. He sent the pizza, and the driver sat the pizza on the ground in the raining weather.
The box was damp and cold, and the cheese was hard as a rock an hour later when I called and saw it on the ground.
I keep saying he and him because they did not wear name tags and told me they dont wear them for their personal protection! I told him I was going to post this review and his words were I dont really care, do what you gotta do, so here is my review! And generous is the one star.
No voice, no choice! Thank you for this platform among the others I use.

Pizza tasted terrible, I added sausage and somehow ended up with Alfredo sauce. Ordered bbq and parmesan and garlic wings, both came with no sauce on them, and the garlic knots were hard. Ended up throwing all of it in the trash

Not sure who Ashley is but she was obviously high when making our pizza. Not only was it undercooked but there was cheese missing. We ordered an hour before closing so by the time we received our raw pizza there was nothing we could do but request a refund. Lesson learned.

First of all a long brown hair was on my bread cheesesticks order. Secondly way too much sauce on my pizzas and not enough cheese on my Tuscan six cheese pizza. Very disappointed wont be back

Well…. For Valentine’s I wanted a heart shaped pizza for me and my boyfriend but the pizza we got was shaped nothing like a heart. We also ordered cheesy bread and it was okay.. just short (didn’t look like the 10 inches we ordered) and burnt at the crust. However we ordered chipotle honey wings and that was the only “good” thing we ordered.
I never had a bad experience with Papa Johns until now. Even the time when the pizza delivery guy dropped my box of cheesy bread on my porch, it still was good. Is there a way to get a refund for the pizza though??

Ordered four Pizzas and this how they came. When I called they told me the wait would be an hour in a half and they would need the pizzas back. Would never order from here again!!!

Was told 30 minutes for delivery turned into an hour and 45 minutes. The driver was sitting at a random house for about 20 minutes. Again, took a hour and 45 minutes to get from goose Creek to ladson all because the delivery driver wanted to sit around in his car. Pizza showed up cold. Wouldn’t recommend this store to my worst enemy

I’ve been ordering from them for a few years now. I recently had a poor delivery experience (they outsourced a doordash driver) and the pizzas had clearly flipped in the box and had slid all over the place in this guys back seat. They made it right and sent some new pizzas, great customer service. It’s important to not that they have NEVER gotten my order wrong. Which is impressive.
