Did an online order while in the store to get the promotion of buy one get 1/2 off, while they were making the sandwiches, I asked them just to toast the bread and not the meats They toasted the meat anyways and I asked him to remake it, they refused And they did not have the authority to remake sandwiches. I asked if I could talk to the manager they refuse to call the manager. I asked them to write that on a receipt with their names. Here is the receipt. They would not offer a refund. So, instead, I walked out with my wife’s food and not mine. they just stole $13 from me.

The last few times we have came have been quite annoying, but tonight was the worst the two younger ones are just rude and seem like that hate being there and look and my fiance and laugh and whisper! I don’t appreciate that at all ! Also Amanda was asking the young man at the counter to help her with our order by making our dipper and he got smart and was about to say something smart.
Amanda was also the only one I heard speak when we came in. Last time we didn’t even get that ! Last time all they said was what kind of sub and bread.
Amanda was very sweet and very nice ! We appreciate her and I give her 5 stars

They said that they offered military discount, but our bill did not reflect any discount at all. Additionally, we asked for a meatball which was listed as the special and were told they did not have it despite previous customer had ordered a meatball sub. Not very friendly atmosphere.

I ordered online and waited until it told me my order was ready picked it up there’s no reason the bread should be completely soaked and the produce brown??? What I ordered:
Artisan Italian , Provolone , Lettuce , Less Tomatoes , Cucumbers , Black Olives , Regular Mayonnaise , Black Pepper , Salt , 50% More turkey.
What I got: barely any turkey brown cucumbers that are soggy, brown lettuce and barely any of that, tomato, no mayo, no salt, cheese, and so much black pepper it’s literally covering the top bun I will not be going back this is ridiculous there was one car in the parking lot and three staff members I could understand if they were swamped on some things but the brown lettuce and cucumbers? And brown soggy bread that’s supposed to be white yea no disgusting I wish I could post photos

They are very nice and respectful just don’t be in a rush if there is a line. I love their Blue Bell Ice Cream. I get two scoops in the waffle cone I wish that they had Butter Pecan though because it is my favorite flavor.

Don’t do an online order. They don’t get it right. I’ve made 3 and all 3 times it’s wrong. How hard is it to read a list and make the sub? I can understand maybe leaving off the pickles but to not toast a single sub when 5/6 were suppose to be toasted and every single one to have the wrong toppings. It’s stressful. We spent $80 and not one sub was right.

Not the first time had to wait over 15 to 20 minutes past the computer ready time. Staff would stop on my order and do others ahead of mine. Then they don’t care if you complain or not. Hope this store would just close down, and another store would open. Maybe cafe on 17 could take over build.
