Everything was fine but the pepper bar was loaded with gnats- especially the banana peppers. It was horrible! The employee was great and the food was okay but the gnats were gross. Like 50 flew out. I was in a hurry to get home (3 hours left to drive).

I ordered thru quiznos order was 60 dollars on top of it they didn’t give me the correct drinks when I ask for a pink lemonade they gave me a lemonade i order a coke and they give me a lemonade I ordered the totes with jalapeño and the only gave me totes with bacon on top of it my kids meal was a milk they give an apple juice. To top it off when I called them more than 3 times they said they would refund they didn’t at all. The management also said I was trying to scam them before hearing I have the receipt. Poor customer service. Zero stars all together if I had it my way and im in an industry you take accountability for your mistakes and make it right they don’t do that.

I drive from Solon to get these sandwiches. Never has disappointed until tonight. Not sure if the girls were new but Service was extremely slow going.
Just a thought but I think employees should be wearing hairnets since I didn’t order hair with my sandwich. Hopefully things will improve.

After trying out two other Quiznos traveling the country, this place seemed to skimp on toppings, and the sauce tasted bland on both of our sandwiches. Staff was friendly and helpful, but food wasn’t up to the Quiznos standards unfortunately. Hopefully things improve, since I do love Quiznos.

I just went to this Quiznos and I gotta say that the customer service is amazing. Dan and Dave were the best people! They were so friendly and efficient! My order is very delicious! It was definitely worth the 40 min drive from Iowa City! Great Job guys and thank you!
Edit: Had to change my review. Used to find this place a 5 start. Now it’s a one star at best. The food had gone down hill and the staff is rude. I am unfortunately never going back. Had my order refunded.

Food is always great! We’ll drive across town which is at least 10 miles to get thier food. Love the Baja chicken!
Hadn’t been to Quiznos for a while. I ordered my favorite sandwich with chips and a drink. When I went to pay I was shocked that my order was over $16.00! I can say for that price I’ll go to the steak house or most any place else in town. That price is ridiculous for a sub! So long Quiznos.

I haven’t been to many Quizno’s so I don’t have much to compare this to, but I was impressed. The young lady who took my order was very quick and professional. Unlike other sandwich shops, my sandwich had perfectly portioned ratios of ingredients. It wasn’t messy or falling apart. It was quite delicious. This was a great experience and I will be back.
