We cut no corners to meet our standard of preparing our tonkotsu, shoyu, and vegan ramen with the highest quality ingredients we can get our hands on. We make it our priority to ensure that each grain from our wheat fields is second to none.
To create meals that feed the soul, we believe that it starts with the quality of crops, farming, and the farmers. The people who look after our precious ingredients share the same mission: quality starts from the root – it’s the small details that keep our craft alive.

Went in on a rainy day for early dinner. Ordered tonkotsu ramen for 3 — my mom loved the broth in the ramen, I loved the fresh noodles, and my dad scarfed down the pork chashu in the ramen in no time lol. The server was so nice and accommodating. The pork buns on the side are must-try. They are currently doing renovations so the interior is kept simple with Paper lanterns, wooden dining table and chairs, and Christmas lights. They play Japanese music in the background so you can vibe if that’s the music you prefer. I plan to try their green tea mochi ice cream next time I dine in. We had a comfortable and enjoyable meal there that night. p.s. we went on a weekday night so the parking wasn’t that hard to find.

I had no idea this was a chain of restaurants, but they’ve perfected the ramen recipe with a rich broth and delicious thick noodles (Tonkotsu Ramen). Best of all was the daily freshly made garlic sauce that is a free add-on and the watermelon, lime, mint infused water that they also serve.
Wish they provided water in reusable cups and had reusable chopsticks, but the space was clean and the staff very friendly and explained many parts of the menu.

Don’t get the poke here. I love poke but only when its really fresh. This was not. The salmon had that fishy taste it gets when its not super fresh. Also the rice is hot so the salmon started cooking – that part I don’t mind, but I know that bothers a lot of poke enjoyers. All my coworkers got the ramen and rice bowls with charshu and chicken, and they all loved it. I think as long as you avoid the poke you are good!
FYI the poke doesnt come with the egg, someone gave that to me from their ramen.

The ramen look promising, with this price wish had three pieces of meat and one whole egg. The broth was amazing, what I don’t like is they automatically charge service charge + tax on service charge too. Two ramen cost $38 but the tips are almost 20% auto charge. With taxes almost $10. Will come back for take out next time. Never for dine in, service is not attentive too.

Don’t be fooled by the appearance of the restaurant—the place might not look like much from the outside, but the ramen here is actually pretty good. It’s surprisingly flavorful and satisfying, making it well worth a visit if you’re craving a good bowl. However, the side dishes fall short in comparison and didn’t impress me much. I’d recommend skipping those and sticking with the ramen, which is definitely the highlight. Despite its flaws, this is one of the few places I make a point to revisit whenever I’m craving for ramen.

I ordered the Takosu Ramen, but unfortunately the meat was missing—definitely a disappointing oversight. The service was just okay; it didn’t feel particularly attentive or welcoming. Also worth noting: a 16% service fee is automatically added to the bill. Overall, I wasn’t satisfied with the food quality, and I don’t see myself returning.

With my recent visit at Hiro Nori craft ramen, I ordered my favorite vegan ramen. As always the broth was rich in flavor and perfectly cooked noodles. This place never disappoints with the quality and flavorful food. Just cutting few stars in the service as in our recent experience, server, in her haste, accidentally spilled water on our table and failed to clean it thoroughly, leaving the surface wet and making our dining experience uncomfortable.

I’ll definitely be coming back for their chicken—it was crispy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The texture was just right, with a satisfying crunch on the outside and juicy tenderness inside. I also tried their ramen, which had a rich and well-balanced broth, perfectly cooked noodles, and quality toppings that tied everything together.

Had a great experience at Hiro Nori, with incredible service from Evelyn. We got one tonkatsu ramen and one shoyu ramen, and both did not disappoint. Definitely recommend the crispy tuna rice as well.
