This Starbucks was surprisingly delightful. I was greeted promptly with a smile. Several other stores at nearby towns seem entitled and rude. This experience was enjoyable. Seating area was clean and organized. Great Bay City Starbucks!

Don’t stop at this location terrible service! Monday 2/9/16 @ exactly 2:00 pm. I was literally standing at counter no one would analogy me, not even manager! After he took my order and I explanin exactly what I wanted I had to ask for them to please re-do my coffee young girl there gave me attitude and kept skipping my order. Second drink was even worse I asked for a refund that manager needed to do that he was in a meeting and they suggested for me to come back another day. I am not from the area I said. The girl was very sarcastic clearly laughing about the situation. I lost more than half an hour in that location and left with no coffee!

Disappointed they def do not follow procedures here they half ass everything my food is always cold never warmed or fresh got two messed up grilled cheese this morning with a cold not warmed piece of pumpkin bread coffee tasted gross I don’t know what it is about this location but I will def be changing it’s always something when I come here i wasted $45 this am never again was hoping for it to be my morning go to but I won’t continue to waste time or money here to be frustrated and have to go somewhere else to get edible food and coffee very frustrating! Also they never answer they phone if u call with an issue on ure order it just rings and rings so apparently lack of management also which I guess maybe there issue!

Had a rough start to my day, so I decided to get Starbucks as a pick me up treat. When I picked up my order, I saw this note on my drink when I got into my car improved my day 10000%! Always great service but this was above and beyond to me, exactly what I needed thank you morning team!

I’ve always had a good experience at this location. Staff are always friendly and they are always willing to make my drink right. I usually mobile order, and my drink comes out pretty quickly!

This is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The employees were completely rude and talking badly about customers over their headsets. It’s not my fault that my order was wrong. I will not return and I will not recommend it.

Getting a $3 coffee to go then “It’s just gonna ask you a question on the screen” to tip, for a $3 coffee, drip, to go, come on. And so if I don’t tip i’ll get spit or who knows what in my coffee next time. BS. I make it at home now. This needs to stop. The service is really bad too.
