Do you get what you pay for anymore? We used to order EBAs all the time.. they were always made very well. The last one we go ordered about 3 weeks ago, they did not have any bacon on it. So, I thought oh well they forgot no big deal.

If you go in person and I know you’re going to look at it in front of them I guess they try to do a little better. So disgusted so sad. However the young lady who delivered our pizza was very sweet and on time so I will give them more stars for service just because of her.

I called before they opened. Woman answered and said not open til 4. It was 3:30. Called back after 4:30, same woman answered, no hello or anything. I was not sure the call went through. I said hello and she acted annoyed. I said I want to place an order and she asked if I was going to be able to come get it. I said yes, still taken aback from her shortness with me. I finished my order and was relaying my experience with my boyfriend, he said there are too many great pizza joints in Hopewell, you don’t have to put up with rudeness. I called back to cancel my order, obviously it was a new girl, she was at least pleasant. Sorry for no review on the pizza at Chanello’s, we went to Leone’s across the blvd. It was delicious and they answered the phone like they wanted my return business!

Absolutely delicious!! I had the cheesy breadsticks with a pepperoni, cheese and tomato pizza. I am a cheese lover and the young lady working listened to my order and fixed my food to perfection. Reasonably priced and located right off of 295 in Hopewell, Chanello’s was a great idea for dinner tonight. I will be back.

I ordered a 10 inch Hawaiian pizza a Greek salad and some cinnamon knots what I received was a 10 inch Hawaiian pizza a Greek salad and knots that are plain nothing on it no cinnamon, no sugar and a little tiny tub of marinara sauce, and some greasy garlic sauce, it’s not what I ordered when I called the store. The very rude person on the phone told me that I better not get smart with him. I better not have an attitude and then he hung up on me. I wouldn’t order anything from them, especially for delivery order. I think they’re customer service sucks and if the owner of the store wants to call me and speak with me, you’re more than welcome, but I will never order from your company and I will post this on all social media about how horrible I was treated because your employees gave me the food that I did not order and I did not deserve that treatment that I got over the phone

Worst experience ever ordering food. The first time I was told they can’t take $100 bills because they have no change! Understandable but this but then they call back 20 mins later and tell me they can make change. I declined because I was hungry 1 hr ago now today they bring me a personal pan pizza and 7 wings for 37.60. The wings are cold and unseasoned and sauce is only on the foil my delivery driver was sweet but I WILL NEVER ORDER THERE AGAIN AND THE BBB is notified so get your building in order. This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional I order my food 14 mins before it arrived how is it cold. Seems intentional
