My first experience with Panda Express and I was not disappointed. I had the brown rice, broccoli, and their new hot chicken nugget. I just went to Panda Express on Wheaton mall and a Hispanic woman answered me rudely….I’m going to buy something, not ask for it for free. This is the worst Panda Express location that I have been to. I ordered chow mein and received only cabbage and onions with 5 small pieces of noodle. As a result, customer service gave me a free meal code. I placed my order and had to wait 30 minutes past my pick up time. I understand that there are walk in customers but why are they prioritizing them instead of the simple order that I placed over an hour ago. Be warned if you place a pick up order, you might be asked to wait 30 minutes while they attend to walk in customers. This location needs to be properly trained.

My portion was sad, and there was too much rice. PLUS NO BEEF in the ‘Beef and Broccoli’, then when I pointed out the lack of meat, the service lady tried to convince me I was wrong. I’m so disappointed.
The service station was cluttered. it wasn’t even busy. I could list a dozen other things that were out of place. But I really don’t enjoy serving up bad reviews. Gotta be honest, though.

Never coming back to this place ever again. I came at 8:40pm when nobody was there and the server -Patrick B- that took my order “didn’t feel like opening the pack of bigger plates” so he choose to give me the panda plate out of his own comfort. I’ll choose a different spot that will prioritize customers.
