HAIR IN 2 BOWLS?
I have avoided coming to this location because I have had friends complain of the quality since it opened long ago.. but I gave it a shot & I went here for the first time ever today.
My brother-in-law & I both got bowls & he got a burrito for his wife by in-person ordering.
While eating our bowls, my brother found a strand of long, black hair in his bowl… we got annoyed but didn’t get too mad about it. I started checking every bite I took- 5min go by after the 1st hair scare- now I find a strand of long, black hair in my bowl in my own bowl!
I work in the food industry too, but this absolutely gross- DO NOT GO HERE- to get hair in not just one bowl- but two bowls… y’all need to work somewhere else if you don’t care about keeping the food fresh & clean…
We want our money back for both bowls, I know this corporation can afford it.

As someone who eats a lot of chipotle, I’ve become very fond of what to expect out of the experience. Wow, this restaurant is certainly appreciated for its location here in Gloucester County, it definitely tends to let me down when it comes to the Chipotle experience that I’ve come to expect, no, and love. However, what this restaurant, lacks in food, quality and preparedness, they make up for in the friendliness of their staff! Which is not worth understating.
Simply put- this chipotle isn’t the best (there’s a reason it has so little good reviews),but it’s fine for what it is.

This is a really bad experience they tried. However, the food had to be remade several times and it was just super messy and unorganized. I’ll advise a manager look at this place and be like yo what are we doing cause geez bro?

This location is TERRIBLE. They are never prepared with food cooked, they are always out of chicken steak, veggies, etc. When they do have food available, you are served with rice that doesn’t fill the bowl, and a couple pieces of your protein choice. The staff is unfriendly and couldn’t care less. The restaurant itself is dirty and unkept.

This location is going down hill. I don’t know if today was first day jitters or what. When you get a bowl you at least expect a full scoop of your choice of protein not 3/4 scoop. The serving sizes have gone way down. I’m not asking for a heaping mountain but at least do full serving sizes.

I was trying to give this Chipotle’s a chance even tho I see that they have just 2 stars, but I’m definitely the same disappointed than the people below. I ordered three carnitas tacos…no extra corn salsa and the burrito bowl literally half EMPTY looks like if someone ate half of it!!! I’m assuming they serve different portions when you’re not watching what they’re doing… so annoying!!! I’m hungry and I’m spending 30$ in a order that looks like I should’ve paid 10$! So disappointed, definitely not trying to come back. Good luck for the future people going in there

Absolutely diabolical! I had stopped by this establishment with high hopes of Receving a product that is comsumable yet worth paying for. But that was yet NOT what I received. Some minion (jp) first asked me weather I would like a “bowl or a burrito” who in their right mind would ask a question like that! I them harshly replied “just make the burrito, burrito boy” and proceed to continue my business elsewhere. This is an absolutely outrageous establishment to dine in.

My order was a double chicken double faijtas bowl went thru the drive thru because it was a mobile order and I looked at my bowl because I’m use to them shorting me… not even the standard portion and I payed for double ..let the guy know and he just ran and put faijtas in a cup which I still feel like isn’t double but whatever …

The food is way to expensive to get the portions they give out here. Bowls are never full, burritos are 1/2 the size they normally should be. I’ve done orders for online pick up and have gone inside numerous times and got the same bad service. You’re better off going to the one on cross keys, bowls always full and burritos always good size. Definitely worth the trip if it’s out of your way so you aren’t paying 10+ dollars for something w no substance.
