I have been coming here since they opened, and I was so impressed with the drinks and the employees, but for the past few months I’ve been pretty disappointed with the quality of the drinks and the attitudes of the employees. There have been too many times to count when I will order the same exact iced coffee, small size, type of coffee, same everything, and I get the drinks and they are two COMPLETELY different shades of coffee. I always think I ordered something wrong but nope same drink ordered. Same goes for other drinks like they’re iced matcha. I will get it and it will be all foam barley and drink and they don’t shake it properly so I am literally drinking chunks of matcha, (and this is a $10 drink) I used to study there but no longer due to employees talking rudely to customers, and talking bad about them when they leave. Sad that this location has come to this as I used to love it.

I wish I could give zero star for the service.
They always forget to make drink, I keep waiting but no action, needs to remind them constantly.
If Starbucks want to prioritize drive through, please lockdown the doors so that we do not go through this torture if missed orders, waiting .

I asked for the restroom code. Cashier lady 7pm shift today 2/10/25 asked if we ordered. I told her twice that my group ordered. She said NO we didn’t. I got upset and said ‘do you know how much I invested in Starbucks in years? All we’re asking for is a restroom code. And they started laughing. The thing is my group really did ordered drinks! I understand the policy, but to tell me in my face that we didn’t order and actually laugh afterwards is very upsetting to say the least. I give this place a -5 for customer service. Y’all need to train your staff professionalism. Very disappointed! Please see to it that this is discussed with the store manager. I will also send an email to Starbucks corporate. Maybe it’s because of our ethnicity? Unbelievable experience! Years of invested in Starbucks but this particular location has very poor customer service especially the young LADY WHOS WORKING AROUND 7pm of this date!!!!

All people are nice but I didn’t like how this morning I went for my usual order for breakfast and my croissant was burnt and the lady that took my order and gave me it didn’t care she gave it like that, I didn’t get her name but pretty sure she is new, and could barely understand her when she was taking my order!

I made a purchase on the app. Came in to pick it up, needed the bathroom first. Staff kept harassing me to make a purchase. I kept explaining that I did. They couldn’t find my order. Kept accusing me of trying to just use the bathroom. I’m on my phone now, will modify this review later with screenshot of my receipt proving I was a customer.

HEADS UP! If visiting THIS Starbucks location, you will NEED a receipt with the “BATHROOM CODE” before using the facility, you must order FIRST! Nice, clean store

On Feb. 2, around 1:50 p.m., I ordered a Venti Ice Brown Sugar Soy Latte. But the staff made me an “Ice Oatmeal Latte.” I informed them that I had ordered a “Brown Sugar Soy Latte” again and asked them to make me a drink again. After I received my new drink, I felt very bad when I drove for about five minutes and took a sip. It was my least favorite coffee with cinnamon powder… It ruined my best coffee. I had to throw this coffee away. What a waste of money!!!!

I’ve been buying coffee from this Starbucks on Sudley Rd. for years, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing. The barista I encountered was very rude, with no sense of respect for long-time customers.
What frustrates me most is that Starbucks prices are already high — close to $10 for a single drink — yet loyal customers are still treated poorly. On top of that, this store has a strict policy about restroom use, refusing access unless you make a purchase. For a corporate chain, it feels like there is no memory or appreciation for the customers who have supported them for years. Employees come and go, but the negative attitude seems to stay the same.
I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt this needed to be said. Starbucks should remember that customer service matters just as much as the coffee.
