Wanted to give 5 starts most nights it’s not an issue but how hard was it to see that we made a phone order and to just look for it. I ordered by phone, didn’t need a confirmation and your telling me not one person could look around for a Hawaiian pizza a cheesy bread sticks and soda under a Donald Mazzie? My husband thought it was ordered online but one of your employees probably could of turned around LOOKKED and saw the order and just simply corrected him realized it was a phone order and let him pay? How hard would that have been….

I ordered a pretzel pepperoni pizza with cheese sauce on my lunch break, I got a regular sausage pizza. No big deal, I’ll call the store. The lady who
answered told me they haven’t made a sausage pizza today. I said I’m pretty sure this is sausage, it’s definitely not a pretzel crust. She condescendingly told me pepperonis were red, and she couldn’t help me. I ate the pizza anyway, no big deal.

Hailey the manger was very unprofessional and rude. The pizza was undercooked and absolutely the worst. The cheese bread was disgusting. I had to drive back to LC to get a refund then the manager wanted to argue with me.

Normally it’s good but yesterday I stopped and got the $7 lunch one for my sister who is in a nursing home when she opened it was burned my sister said she was going to try to eat some. She sent a text this morning she put it in the trash. When I stopped at the store they said I needed a recipe. I said forget it it would cost more for gas. From now on I will open it before I leave the store.
