DO NOT EAT HERE! 4 STARS IS INFLATED! I ordered a sub that had cheddar and added provolone cheese, they left off the provolone that I paid like $5 after fees and taxes because it was one of their gargantuan subs. It’s not the first time I’ve ordered a sub and it was incorrect. It would be understandable if this was a cheap sub BUT THEY ARE SUPER EXPENSIVE. How hard is it to add ONE cheese???? It’s just ONE extra step, I checked my receipt and I was definitely charged for it. If they try to say it’s on there I just don’t see it….. Lord, have mercy. I dug through the entire thing and didn’t see any (I’ll add pictures). I also added and extra meat ($5) and it’s pretty much not there with with the 4 paper thin slices I got that are the thinnest setting at a deli counter.
I JUST LOOKED AGAIN TO CONFIRM AND THEY ALSO LEFT OFF THE ONION(s)!
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS LOCATION ORDER FROM ANYWHERE ELSE!
Buy loaf bread and pre cut slices from Publix and you can make a better sub/ Sandwich than from Decatur Jimmy John’s for less money!
The people working here should be ashamed to rip people off like this. How much effort can it really take to make sure you put an extra piece of cheese and onions that should already be there on a sub?

This place has gone downhill in a serious way. No greeting, just a cold stare from the guy at the cash register. Completely empty of customers at lunchtime last Thursday. Manager eating the whole time and never looked up from her food. My sandwich was good, but I felt unwelcome. Regrettable.

I ordered a sub and asked for it a hot sub. The sub was cold and the bread was so hard it really wasn’t editable. No flavor!! Meat, mayo, tomato and cheese. You guys need to take a lesson from Subway or close your doors. Your food is not good at all!

I ordered the pickle sandwiches to try them out and was super disappointed. I keep seeing photos online of them absolutely stuffed with meat and cheese the ones i received had 2 slices of meat and a half slice of cheese I basically received just a pickle sliced in half on top of that the little john i ordered for my daughter was to have no lettuce and have mayo and mustard I received again barley 2 slices of meat on a bun with lettuce and oil and vinegar which was not asked for. Complete waste of money.

First time Trying Jimmy Johns, I didn’t know what to expect, so when I went in I told them, I’ve never had there subs before. The employee gave me the run down about different subs sandwiches. So I tried the Turkey sub and added provolone cheese. I had asked if they had a microwave to heat up the sub, but they don’t, he did specify that, there subs a cold cut, and not warm. I ended up getting the meal, and I could get chips or a pickle with a drink. I went for the pickle instead of chips. If you like cold cut subs, then you might like this place. Its in a good location and the facility looked clean from what I could see.

HOLY HELL this place is AMAZING…. I just ordered from there and THEY ARE THE FASTEST DELIVERY in Town so far….I got a Gargantuan 8 In combo and the amount of stuff in thie sandwhich is NO joke… the meats were nice and cold the bread was crispy and the service was SUPER fast. When you work from home like I do… your window to actually eat can be very minimal. I will CERTAINLY order from again. I didnt catch the drivers name but VERY nice and delivered with a smile!! Thank you so much and keep up the amazing food!!!

We ordered Jimmy John’s to be delivered. It took over an hour and a half for our food to arrive and we work only five minutes away from Jimmy John’s. We called after an hour of waiting and was told the driver was making four other deliveries with ours. The bag was wet and the paper on the wrappings were also wet. Our food was only Luke-warm. After checking the bag, we noticed we were missing chips and the delivery driver said he would bring them later. We told him do not do that because we did not have an extra hour to wait for the rest of our food.

I honestly love Jimmy John’s. I don’t think I’ve ever had a negative interaction with any of the staff. Food is always great. Today, ordered delivery and noticed an item was missing. Called the store to ask about it and they called the driver (who was so sweet about it) who was back with my item within minutes. The folks that work here are doing a great job.

I always have enjoyed JJohns… but the fact that it’s a sin to toast any sub is honestly ridiculous to me! You can’t toast just any sub–only certain ones. Which is so dumb and makes me take my business to firehouse up the road! As they don’t make a ordeal outta toasting any sandwich!!
