Quaint little restaurant! I ordered the Bún Bo Thịt Nướng, Cơm chiên cá mặn, and a Thai iced tea. The grilled, beef vermicelli dish had generous portions of meat, bean sprouts, and noodle. Tasty Nước Mắm sauce as well! Payment is cash or Zelle only. Located inside the Hmart Plaza.

This restaurant is located near the H Mart area in Garden Grove, which is convenient and easy to find.
The space has a Central Vietnam vibe cute, tidy, and very clean. Some of the dishes brought me back to Hội An, especially the more traditional items.
The bánh bèo was Hội A style and the highlight of our meal. The crispy pork skin was delicious, and the fish sauce was well balanced and complemented the dish nicely.
We also tried the bún bò Huế . While it was flavorful, the broth was a bit sweet for my taste, so it didn’t fully hit the mark.
The Cơm Cá Salmon came in a large portion, but the flavor was fairly average and not very memorable.
The service was friendly, and there is plenty of parking right in front, which is very convenient.!

Step in to central Vietnam with this restaurant. The food in this restaurant transported me back to HOI AN. The decors are cute and the restaurant is clean. The food is delicious and the price is fair. We really love their MI QUANG DAC BIET , and their bun bo hue (BBH), both were flavorful and hit the spot. Their banh beo is hoi an style, so that’s exactly what you get when you order it, I love the crispy pork skin in it. The fish sauce was perfect complement to it. The bun thit nuong was good, but I would have preferred the meat to have a more charred and grilled taste to it. Overall, I love this place and would come back. Also if you love corn milk, you should try theirs.

Bánh Đập Thịt Nướng (Grilled Rice Paper w/ Steamed Rice Paper & Grilled Pork) was the one I think worth our try. Bánh Bèo Nhân Ướt (Steamed Rice Cakes w/ Pork and Shrimp Sauce) was okay. The taste of Mì Cao Lầu (Noodles “Cao Lau” w/ Char Siu Pork and Mixed Vegetables) was not I expected. It was not the same when I eat in Vietnam at all. But if you craving for the Cao Lau, it can be an option.

We were out here on vacation and had been searching for somewhere that offered just chicken options, and they offered to make us a just chicken meal! My husband ordered Mì Quảng Tôm thịt/ Gà and they made it all Gà, he absolutely loved it! The flavors were something we have never tasted before in Vietnamese food. They were so good, and I’d highly recommend this place!

Best Hoi An food in Orange County! We had the Cao lầu, bánh đập, and nem lụi thịt nướng. All three were fantastic! The owner was very friendly, and even brought us free chè for dessert! The menu is also quite large, with some great choices available that you can’t find at other Vietnamese restaurants. I also appreciate the traditional Hoi An lanterns for decor. Plenty of parking available outside. 16 tables, each of which seats four, with the option to push together for larger groups.

Just coming back from Vietnam, where we were able to try Cao Lau for the first time, we were so excited to find that there was a restaurant in OC that serves it! It did not disappoint. The noodles were thick and chewy, the soup was flavorful, and the pork was perfectly cooked. It brought us back to our time in Hoi An!
Highly recommend. The owner is friendly and the service was quick.

Since I returned from a trip to central Vietnam 4 years ago I’ve been chasing down a bowl of authentic cao lau. Living in San Francisco and Portland I can hardly get my hands on cao lau, so little Saigon has been a destination for me. This was my first and only required stop when I finally visited the area and it did not disappoint! The Cao Lao noodles were perfectly square and chewy, the broth herby and flavorful. The pea greens were also delicious. The lovely man who works and runs this with his wife was so friendly. I’ll be back!

The food is so good here. There are more than 100 types of food on the menu, and some of them are hard to find in the United States. The food tastes original and delicious. I first had a hard time looking for this place since the description stated that it’s located inside H-mart, but it’s actually on the backside of H-mart building. The food is not pricy at all, if not cheaper than most places. The restaurant is clean, food is extremely good, service is friendly.
If you are looking for original Vietnamese cuisine, this is the place. I would return again whenever I have a chance to visit this part of California!

Expansive menu of central vietnamese food, decently priced, family run, cash only establishment
1 Cau lầu noodles were very distinct, similar to a hybrid of udon n buckwheat with a lil bounce.
2 garlic grilled chicken thigh was super tasty
3 mì quảng was light in flavor but subtly good
