Stopped in for a simple Parmasean truffle waffle fries. They definatley DIDNT look like the picture. I was expecting some cheesy fries but what I recieved wasn’t such – they did TASTE like garlic though which was good atleast for that – but there were like 2 strands of parmasean on these fries

The service was outstanding! I didn’t catch the persons name but had a southern drawl. I love the rosemary fries but the Brie m/cranberry burger was a weird combination of ingredients. In my opinion it doesn’t work but that has nothing to do with this location.

Waited 50 minutes for 2 burgers and a 2 large frys watched as the entire lobby left and noticed i was still waiting for my food what I presume to be the manager came out apologizing and even gave out food vouchers i was thankful for the heads up and the vouchers but when I did get my burger and frys I got home frys where super hot and delicious the soda was perfect I went to bite into my burger and it was bright pink raw in the middle.i dont see myself going back their again I want to stress tho this man was so nice and dealing with alot but still made the time to come and talk to me about what was going on with my order without me even going up to the counter. But yea burger was raw after a 50 minute wait was not edible for a place that charges more then the average the least they can do is make sure the food they serve is not ganna make people sick from undercooked meats

This Burgerville consistently gets our orders wrong and the fries on the last one were still partially frozen. Neither of our shakes was right on the last order, one was completely different from. What we ordered and the other was a Bliss shake when we’d ordered a normal one. We’ve tried enough times and had the wrong order given to us that we’re just done coming here.

If you’re looking for a plant-based burger, Burgerville is a decent option. There is a cheeseburger that is a No Frills decent American Burger remake that is completely plant-based with pepper jack cheese and a special sauce that is a little literally on the spicy side. You also have the option for either classic or waffle fries. Personally, I’d recommend the classic fries because it seems like you get more for the larger size. You have to ask for salt and pepper which they ration out. If you go through the drive through be sure to ask for ketchup, if you like them with your fries.
There’s an assortment of salads, they can come with a side of protein, and if your plant-based that would be Beyond beef. I’m told that they’re most known for their shakes, they are quite hearty and thick. Plant based options here too, coconut based.
One recommendation I have for the management is to get larger diameter straws because sucking the shake through the straw is difficult. You might want to ask for a spoon.
Also, this place is kinda pricey for the portion. But overall, the staff were great, the food was not ready made but made to order and The Taste was authentic and fresh! I’d recommend it. It was an enjoyable experience.

It took more than 25 minutes in total to get my food, even though there were more than four people working and there was no line. Also, when I finally received my order, it was in a regular fries bag for the regular size. I mentioned it, and they brought me the rosemary fries in the regular bag for the seasonal fries. The fries were cold and didn’t have much of the rosemary salt. However, the person who helped me was polite; I’m not sure if they were the shift lead.

Generally overpriced and over rated Burgerville is always a last option for me in terms of fast food. This location just happens to be conveniently located for me. Which is unfortunate because I don’t know that I have ever not had an order from here wasn’t messed up in some way. If there was any other fast food burger joint as conveniently located to me as this place is I would never spend a dime in Burgerville again.
