Store is nice staff is pleasant. I ordered via the Penera AP, I ordered a value duet the meal shown on this review was what is promoted on there AP as a meal duet. Half sandwich and small soup sounds perfect and the price is a value….for what is shown. The second picture is the so called half sandwich. The thing is not half sandwich it looks like it belongs in a happy meal. This is just sad!

We all know about the delicious food and coffee, but it’s also great to know that the food is healthy and antibiotic-free. It’s a great place to hang out and work or meet, and the outdoor seating area comes in handy when the weather is good.

Eat anywhere else but here. Terrible experience not from the food but by the manager Lucero shift lead Naomi Luna and register clerk Cassandra. After receiving my food I needed a spoon and asked Naomi where the spoons were and she replied with a rude remark by telling me it’s on my plate. Once I found the spoon she then begun to stare me down by trying to intimidate me with an evil glare and as I sat down at my table she then yelled across the room what am I looking at do I have a problem. At this point I lost my appetite and when I asked for a refund from Lucero the manager she didn’t apologize for my experience but then begins to try and refund me a partial refund. Then the register clerk Cassandra begins to harass me by telling me to get out of the store and make disciple remarks by while giving me dirty looks. This display of antagonizing a guest while trying to promote violence is not acceptable. All I wanted was a refund after I was treated horribly by Naomi for asking for a spoon. Don’t waste your money here go to Monterey they are a lot more welcoming and have years of experience in their service and their restaurant is actually clean unlike Salinas.

After a long time I finally decided to visit panera. I ordered the soup and sandwich but that soups weren’t ready until like 1hr, so I ended up getting half sandwich and salad.
I chose the Bacon Ranch (hot) sandwich and a Cesar salad. I didn’t ask for lettuce in my sandwich but it didn’t have any. Even though it looks very simple it tastes good.. The salad was simple, but I was pleased to see they used good parmesan shavings

THE WORST PANERA SERVICE! Starting from the employee Cassandra to the Assistant Manager who doesn’t even care about treating customers right. And I love Panera, don’t get me wrong, but THIS ONE is looking loyal customers like me. So, let’s make it clear THE EMPLOYEES HERE are the ones that give Panera a bad name. There is a reason why this store has less than 4 stars and today I found out why.

This is a Panera Bread I constantly visit and I am always greeted with the warmest service. The people up front are very attentive and easy to order with. My food is always bagged with care and never missing napkins or utensils.

I used to like this place but I guess not anymore! We bought some chicken BBQ sandwiches that barely had chicken and got the onions more on the raw side, I also ordered Bacon Mac&cheese that had no macaroni it was mostly sauce in my cup. In that same order we bought 2 cookies that were missing and when we went back to the place to tell them about the poor quality and cookies missing the lady just gave me the cookies and said “okay have a good day” nothing else, when I mentioned we had really poor quality in the order she didn’t even bother to ask or say anything. So I am not going back to this location ever and hope other locations will still have the quality and service we like.
