I’m going through the drive thru, only car in line picking up my mobile order, they make me pull around to the front door to make their drive thru time look faster for corporate, and then they still, without a timer ticking down, messed up my food. Specifically says on my mobile order NO BEANS NO SOUR CREAM, and somehow the employee read that as add black beans to something that doesn’t even get black beans in the first place, half my order ruined when they literally had all the time in the world to make it right. Put some care into people’s food, it’s not that hard!

I’ve been to MANY Taco Bell’s in my time..
but this particular location is BY FAR THE BEST ONE I’VE EVER BEEN TO!!! The works are exceptional, everyone is seriously smiling!! Extremely efficient, fast moving & good at what they do!! You get what you have ordered!! The store is easily the cleanest, the floors are NOT greasy & slick, all the tables are wiped down. It’s just the best!!

I literally have no idea what is going on here this evening (3/1/2026 at 10:30pm) but it’s despicable. Order was wrong not once but TWICE; even after going inside to rectify the first order, the second order was wrong. The beef taco had the scarcest amount of meat in it. You may as well have just given us cheese and a taco shell. Not a single item in the order was correct except for the dessert items. Two spicy potato soft tacos turned into a cheese and chicken taco and a bean and cheese burrito. This location was reported to corporate.

I’ve been to this location before and they have messed up before but today was different. Typically they are fast to fix things. So here is my experience. Went through the drive thru for some take out, order was messed up. Asked for a deluxe grilled cheese burrito cravings box and the grilled cheese burrito was missing. Went inside to get it and had to wait for 20 min. I did get it and some extra cinnamon twists. But this is a pattern. Not a bad day. They were slammed and I get that. But as you will see in my pics, I had no box. The contents were tossed in a bag. Not a box. To me, this location needs to get organized for high volume times and just follow process. The staff are polite and there is still value in the food, but that isn’t the point. I chose fast food tonight because it was supposed to be good and quick. Today it was just good. I probably won’t come back to this location but I will prefer to go to other Taco Bells. Good people, good food, bad process. It only takes one negative to unbalance that equation.

Always clean and neat location including well maintained restrooms. Folks here are welcoming, friendly and very professional.
Love ordering tablets (4 in total). Those are super easy to use and give many options to modify menu items or add on to. Very deserved 5 stars ⭐️ is going your way!!!

The most rude and dirty man taking orders at 11PM on Friday the 21st. How can you not ask your staff to take a shower or trim their fingernails before they serve people food. The literal longest wait I ever remember at a Taco Bell and the slopiest most disgusting quesadillas I’ve ever seen.

Every time I go to this place the staff is pissed off or there is a line around the building. If you hate your job that bad quit. Didn’t give me my fire sauce, no napkins, and had to remind them i was missing my drink.

This spot used to be my favorite Taco Bell in Franklin. This evening I spent $50 to eat with my family.
All was BAD. Missing items, all the food was badly prepared (wrong ingredients, poorly prepared, poorly packaged,…).
Unfortunately this is my last time visiting this spot.
