I love this location compared to the only other one in Kingston close to Walmart. They’re always fresh and nice. They have two lanes and are in a perfect location that’s convenient and not difficult. The play place is pretty cool, gives old school vibes more towards 3 and under type kids. And I always get extra pickles and onions on my burger. Super grateful for the amount they loaded me with

I rarely have had a bad experience here, just slow sometimes but I understand people call out or just don’t show up to work and it doesn’t matter what line of work you’re in I think everywhere is short staffed, be nice to those in healthcare and customer service they’re the ones dealing with the public daily. This McDonald’s has gotten my order correct every time I’ve been in.

I’m not a big fan of McDonald’s and this review being on the extremely low side has nothing to do with my distasteful review. Also, of all the Mcdonald’s that i’ve been to probably in my entire life, this location doesn’t impress me in the way of the entire experience. The younger more than likely part time staff were actually free friendly. What do you mean that receives a pay raise is neither friendly or helpful. It took about 5 minutes to make the medium fry to go for me. An additional 3 to 4 minutes to come to the counter to take my order. After making eye contact with about 3 associates someone finally put it all together and figured out I wasn’t standing inside McDonald’s to take a look at the scenery. The restaurant is extremely clean, though.And the location is probably the best.There is in the hudson valley. Avoid McDonald’s in go home and make a nice Lasagna because this crap is a waste of money.

Went in with my son me and my son place our order and both mine and my son’s orders were wrong and we also ordered hash browns to go with our meal and never got that then they want to charge extra for me coming back to have the problem fix I will never go here again

The staff at this location are all WONDERFUL. I sat right by the registers and was able to watch them all in action. The manager gentleman was extremely hands on in every way- mopping, helping customers, asking if everything was good, he even assisted an elderly gentleman to the restroom. All the employees I witnesses were just as kind and wonderful as he was. They are definitely going above and beyond. Great job!!

Went there today to get something to eat and the first window was ok, the guy was kind. When I pulled to the next window to pick up my food the girl did not have any interaction at all and was handing my food while talking looking the opposite side to the coworker. I asked for Ketchup and she rolled her eyes. As she finished handing my food she said ” my head itches so bad” as she was scratching it. Which made me think, that was very disgusting. Who in the world would touch their hair, face, or even scratching it when working at a food place.

I talked to a manager about the monopoly stickers there not in the fries or the drinks or the 20 piece they said they were out and they couldn’t do anything about it instead of handing us something else that has a sticker this happened twice now un acceptable

As I know this is not really a reflection on the actual restaurant they can’t help what their corporate office is put in place. But does the sandwiches that I received look like the sandwich from the picture not even close. This is what the land air and sea sandwich actually looks lit looks like from McDonald’s it is 3 separate sandwiches that you pay $17 for and they expect you to put it together yourself when you get at home or bet there yet in your vehicle with a nice interior. That’s exactly a sandwich I want to eat on the go not really. Highly do not recommend this sandwich it is complete and 100% false advertisement. And ridiculous to pay that amount of money for a sandwich that you have to assemble yourself.

Ordered breakfast at 10:10 via mobile app. Payed for it. The line was long at the drive through and waited In line for 15-20 minutes. By the time I got be able give them my mobile order they switched over to lunch and they wouldn’t fill my breakfast order. If you’re going to allow people to order through the app you should have to honor it. Never going back here and will be contacting corporate. This was on 11/28.
