This subway is always friendly, and their employees work so hard to provide great service.
I walked in one night and it was pretty busy. The manager on duty mentioned they were suppose to be off in a few minutes but wouldnt leave the woman there alone to struggle, which spoke volumes of the kind of leadership any company would be so lucky to have.
Thanks for the great food, great experience and for being the good this world needs.

The past few times I’ve been here the bread has been insufferably hard and dry, as if they are trying to avoid waste and not throwing out old bread when it is due to be discarded. They are going to have to do something different if they want to stay afloat with both Jimmy John’s and Jersey Mikes within walking distance of them now.

I placed my order 30 minutes in advance. When I arrived at the drive-thru, a female staff member opened the window without greeting me or asking what I needed. I told her I was picking up an online order, and she shut the window without a word, clearly annoyed. A male staff member came out and completed my order quickly—he was the only one who helped me. There were no other customers in store or behind me at drive-thrud. I still tipped him $2 (as always), but after years of being a loyal customer, I won’t be returning. One nasty employee was enough to ruin everything.

I bought a philly cheese steak from this store on 11/24/25. I brought it home and ate it, but it tasted funny. I figured it was just Me but later that night I started getting sick and today I’m really sick with nausea and vomiting. I called the store just to inform them their steak is no good and the lady that answered the phone said ” I don’t know how that’s possible.” I was a little offended because the sandwich tasted funny and I got sick. I just hope they take care of the steak before they serve it to someone else.

I’m tired of this place. For the past 4-5 times, and definitely more than that, we’ve had SOMETHING that’s not made right. We almost always get a salad and a sandwich. Pretty simple. But not to them apparently. They even forgot the meat in a sandwich once which I thought was pretty “impressive.” Just tonight 9/5/25 I went around 9pm and got the usual sandwich and salad for my girlfriend and I, and I asked for garlic aioli on the sandwich and when I got home it was SLATHERED in some mustard sauce and the peppercorn ranch. Neither of which are the garlic aioli as anyone who can read can see that. I’ve never written a google review in my life but this sent me over the top. I can’t understand how CONSISTENTLY one place can mess up simple orders. Please get new workers who can read at least a 6th grade level to simply read a direction and follow it. I know the young kids in there couldn’t give a flying one to do their job right, but seriously this is to do lupus the absolute lack of care there is there.I genuinely can’t believe how bad this place is. I’m absolutely sick of it. I’ve worked in fine dining and casual dining and i simply cannot understand why it’s so hard for this single establishment to be this inconsistent.

Ok, so this sandwich looks like a hot mess, but it tastes good. This pic will come no where close to winning any points towards an advertisement, and it looks more like it was just picked up off the ground. Haha However… the situation is, I got this through the drive-thru (yes, this Subway has one), so it had to be wrapped up for the commute, and also, it’s a bit of a saucy messy sandwich to behind with. I’ll leave my order below in case any of you wish to try this combination. Sandwich was good, and made to specification. Generally have a good experience here. This exact sandwich and combination is one of my regular “go to’s”, and I would say it’s well worth trying, no matter how weird it sounds or looks. Many people I know have now tried it, and liked it.
As for this sandwich, it is a;
Meatball on Italian Herb & Cheese
W/ pepper Jack cheese & toasted
Spinach
Pickles
Black olives
Cucumbers
Banana peppers
Mayo
Chipotle
Ground pepper
Oregano
Parmesan cheese
You cannot taste the spinach at all so I add it for nutrition. I would recommend you try this exact combination, and if it’s not up your alley, modify as you wish next time.

Spoke with a Sara/Sarah that works there. I sent someone in with a paper to have my sandwich made. Not only was it not toasted, it was missing stuff that i ordered on it. I usually just deal with it, but I paid a good amount of money for my food, and it needed to be toasted due to being pregnant. When I called about it, she told me i could come in now and have it remade. Which I’m working, hence why someone else picked up my sandwich. I consistently have issues with this subway, but unfortunately it’s the closest to my home and employer. I’m frustrated no other options were given. She was argumentative and kept saying “i made it how i was supposed to.” Overall I’m irritated, and still hungry.
