The food was amazing! We had the crab dip, chicken parm, a burger, and the Ahi Tuna stack! There was a band and it was a fun vibe outside. Corey made space for us on the deck. Our waitress was busy but still attentive I think her name was Carmen. Loud when the band played(if you have sensory concerns). There was a cute little mini golf course we played on afterwards.

Great atmosphere. Family friendly..Food on the pricey side. They have a basketball court that faced the tables and I witnessed the ball hitting a person’s table 3 different times. Maybe move the court to the other grass area away from the tables. Otherwise wonderful time and place. Would recommend!

Dewar General Contracting chose Charly’s for our annual Christmas party because of the great location, parking, festive atmosphere, variety of food options, and service! We worked with Jason to organize the event for nearly 20 people and Corey’s execution was seamless! Our team truly enjoyed the evening complete with special seasonal drinks and dedicated staff. Charly’s was a wonderful place and easily accessible by vehicle or boat, depending on the size of the boat. You won’t be disappointed whether you choose to eat inside or outside because there was plenty of seating for both. We chose the outdoor bar seating area. The live music created a chill environment. There is a variety of food choices on the menu. The fish tacos were mouth watering and the burgers were very tasty. The pepperoni pizza was freshly made. As the servers walked past me with trays filled with other people’s orders of colorful, aromatic, deliciously looking food, I was astonished and confused about what to order. I wanted it all!!! The prices are reasonable and this is a family, pet-friendly environment. The bar area gives you a sports bar-like vibe and the bartenders were very attentive. However, I do have 3 suggestions… please lower your TVs to a much lower height and add a couple additional TVs on each end of the bar; and add 4 additional ceiling fans, 2 fans evenly spaced apart on each side of the outdoor bar area. My friends and I will definitely be returning to Charly’s.

Great spot to hang out with friends—fun atmosphere and good vibes. A few flies were around and it’s quite annoying since the indoor and outdoor areas are connected today. Our server was awesome! Food was bad. It was alright 7/10.

Manage your expectations.
I read some reviews here and I feel bad that I sense some entitlement. Seems like they thought they have private waiter and private chef when they arrive on the time they booked their reservations. So yes, it pay if you manage your expectations.
So my experience at Charly’s is so pleasant. Yes, people are busy and keep on running around, I dont mind waiting and getting our orders/requests wrong and waited for the 3rd person to bring us what we are asking for, cause it’s a weekend. I understand that there are tons of guests/customers and they are doing their best to accommodate people. (Hopefully, they can add more personnel when it’s peak days/hours).
I love the ambiance! I love the food! I love the drinks! And I love the talks we have with Ali, Gabrielle, and Jade. They do not even have gratuity unlike other restobar near the bay or waterfront but they serve you with a smile and give nice recommendations as well.
We will surely revisit soon for the fun time! Just dont go to a place to chill with an attitude so big it can fit the whole room, for sure you will not enjoy your time. You are free to netflix and chill at home. ❤️

The food was fantastic! We enjoyed the oysters, lobster tacos, and crabby fries—everything was delicious, and the portions were generous. A special shoutout to Jack, the bartender, for making the best espresso martini I’ve ever had! He also gave excellent recommendations from the menu. I’ll definitely be back to try more.

Went because it was pushed via social media and I was not disappointed for that! The half and half crab soup was one of my favorites I’ve ever had, and I try it everywhere I go if they have it! It was topped with some huge chunks of crab, it is 14$ so maybe a little pricey for soup. The crab guacamole with nachos wasn’t anything super special but it was tasty as well. My friend and I split Baja fish tacos and the lobster sandwich and were both incredibly pleased with the taste of each! We got crushes for beverages and then enjoyed some of the many games they have laid out around the property! Ended the lunch on their swinging chairs and both agreed we would totally come back! We did go around 2p on a Friday and it was not at all busy so that probably enhanced our experience too! I believe our servers name was Jack and he was also the bartender at the time but he was super attentive and helpful! Even brought out some fresh bread and honey butter for us to try. Would absolutely recommend giving this spot a try! They also have boat rentals and paddle board rentals nearby, how neat!

The atmosphere and general vibe of the place was awesome, it’s definitely going to be a rocking place in the summer months. The food was very expensive and generally just alright, nothing really extraordinary but also not bad. For the price point of a lot of the entrees and starters they may need to up the quality of the food a bit.
The outdoor seating areas are really nice and I would definitely come back for happy hour, drinks and live music!

I really wanted to like this place but it was one disappointment after the other. They told me the machine had not been turned on when I asked to order the pina colada, and that they wouldn’t expect to be able to make one for the duration of our visit. This was around 1230. They opened at 12. I ordered some cucumber mixed drink which didn’t taste good at all. I then ordered just pineapple juice to make it easy. Believe it or not, that was fumbled as well. It tasted like literal water and was packed with ice. We also ordered a whiskey sour which was made wrong, but they ended up correcting that properly.
We ordered 2 of the crab fried rice which was severely undercooked and seedy. Completely inedible. A couple sitting close to us overheard and turned around and told us they had the same issue a week prior, and that the food seems to be a problem here.
I then tried to order the shrimp cocktail which I was told could not be made because a multitude of things would need to be done in order to serve it, and again, they didn’t expect to be able to serve it anytime during the duration of our visit. I ended up ordering the lobster roll which was just ok but was served very weirdly. The closed roll was placed at the bottom with lettuce on top, which was then topped with the lobster…. why?? I tried to unstack it and make the sandwich myself, but then the roll was soggy in the middle. The other person in my party ordered a medium well burger which came out quite pink inside.
I would suggest that management takes a strong look at the kitchen staff and bartender and potentially retool that menu or retrain staff. A lot of items sound great but the restaurant simply can seem execute the items on their menu. We felt terrible having an issue with almost everything, but it was just not a good experience.
