Portion size of meat is ridiculously small on their offerings. I remember when Taco Bell used to be awesome. The chalupa shells used to be warm and fresh and now they suck. My chalupa had a laughably small portion of chicken. And the chalupa shell was stale. The prices have also gotten out of hand. I was desperate for food due to late hour but next time I’ll make food at home before I give Taco Bell my business.

Drive through workers need some attitude adjustment. Went through and asked about tap to pay, and the AI misunderstood me thinking I wanted to Pepsis, I thought it was funny jokes to myself for a moment about it, before a worker came through asking if I wanted two Pepsis, and I explained I had asked if they had tap and the computer misunderstood me, but before I could finish a woman’s voice came over in a very rude and obnoxious tone saying “yes!!” They have tap, for no really reason. I’ve worked in food I get it sucks but don’t take it out on customers. They weren’t busy either. I drove away because I won’t spend money somewhere with crappy service!!! I don’t mean 5 star, just basic kindness, Taco Bell should really invest in better drive through service training lol.

Worst service I’ve ever had. Went here and got a large order. They ended up messing up my order 3 times and this is just one of the times they have messed it up. This used to be a great place before they got all the new employees. They ended up paying for one of the times I brought it back and then messed it up again (almost like they did it on purpose being that they are younger.) Ended up going to the other Taco Bell on van horn got it right the first time and I gave them a tip as for not messing it up. Long story short just go to the one on van horn, they have much better service and employees. Never going here again.

I wanted to order their new taco Della. The line was a little busy which I understand it’s hot out. But apparently the young girl which I would assume is only 16 of age from her voice decided to give me an attitude when I kindly ask twice for a bean burrito with red sauce because a robot was not listening to my voice correctly so I increased the volume of my voice because the robot was legitimately not getting. My order correct and then she gets on a phone and goes. “Excuse me, but you need to put yo voice down with this tone of attitude like i’m dumb and rude”. When say never mind and drive around front to the drive through its all black workers… so the well well well comment fad is true.
I’m not in the mood for this. Black lives matter at a fast food restaurant when I work a factory job for much more money than fast food if I have stupid AI not picking up my voice clearly I need to speak up or just don’t use an AI…
