For the price I expected more. $13 for tiny unseasoned chicken strips, okra, toast, sweet tea and I also added a side of gravy for like 50 cents. The lady at the window was extremely rude and this is my first time and my first impression of Slim Chickens and I will not be back. The gravy tasted extremely watered down, and the chicken and okra was extremely greasy. The only things I liked were the honey mustard and the sweet tea. The girl at the window really needs to learn basic customer service. I placed a go order on the app so I can’t really say how clean it was inside because I went through the drive-through and I also gave them plenty of time to make it so I’m not sure how the timing is either but I don’t care because I won’t be back.

The staff is always friendly! Niya greeted me when I came in and took my order accurately. Our food was tasty and price is good. We come here for the kids meals for $1.99.

Disappointed in the low quality of food received. I order the slims meal shaken in spicy bbq and even upside my drink. Paid $13 just to receive old dried out fries and barely passable “tenders”. I am usually happy to get a meal from slims but this last visit it is clear there is a lack of care and attention to detail.

One star all the way around! I remember like many in Conway when this Slim’s was excellent! Man, how they have fallen. I see a ton of complaints constantly now. Decided to give them a try tonight. Inside definitely needed some touch ups and care. Just seems like they’ve let it go. But the kicker of this visit was them giving us what was clearly lemon pepper wings when we ordered cayenne dry rub. We politely took them back up to the counter and they acted super confused. Then the manager came out and wasn’t super friendly in letting us know that they were cayenne ranch dry rub wings, when clearly they are not. They looked and tasted like lemon pepper. We’ve had the cayenne ranch dry rub wings many times. Pictures for reference! Clearly they know better. Do better Slim’s in Conway!

Extremely Disappointed
This was easily one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. The staff was flat-out rude — no smile, no greeting, just attitude from start to finish. They were out of the one thing we actually came for, the chicken bites, and acted like it was somehow our fault for asking about them.
The sweet tea machine was broken, which for a Southern place is ridiculous enough, but what really sealed it was finding a piece of plastic mixed in with my mac and cheese. That’s not just disappointing — that’s concerning.

Yesterday I tried the 8-piece honey bbq wings with mac-n-cheese. Everything was really tasty and the wings were pretty large. If the sauce was just a tad bit thicker they’d be perfect.
