I usually opt for the app’s order-and-pickup feature, which is seamless and lets me track the status of my order. Inside is labeled on where to pick up and typically appears clean.
My recent choices included the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt, Toasted Italiano, and Smokehouse BBQ Chicken sandwiches. All were delicious and paired perfectly with the Pick 2 combo. The chicken noodle soup really warms you.
Panera continues to be a reliable spot for a quick and satisfying meal.

I just don’t understand how every Panera could be so different. I ordered the Chicken stack on the Asiago bagel. I have had this sandwich before up at the Panera in Palm Beach on Palm Beach Gardens Boulevard and it was delicious. The last two times I had it they had hardly any chicken in it and the asiago bagel, I think they forgot to put salt and it doesn’t have an asiago flavor. It is edible, but I don’t have to run back and have it again unless I am in PBG.

I stopped by here to grab some croissants to take home. I was told they were “in the back,” which made me think they were freshly baked—like they had just come out of the oven. So of course I ordered a bunch, not minding paying $3 for each and expecting something warm, flaky, and buttery. Like a real crossaint from a real bakery. Instead, when I got home and opened the bag, I found pre-sliced, stale pastry that was dry and clearly not fresh. It felt more like something pulled from storage than from an oven. Really disappointing and felt misleading. Not what I expect from a bakery.

Absolutely ridiculous. I placed an online order ahead of time and I still had to wait 15 to 25 minutes and my order wasn’t even accurate and they were too stingy to even fill the cup all the way. I ordered broccoli cheddar soup and then gave me macaroni and cheese instead and barely filled the cup to top it off. Everyone else got their order ahead of me, even though my order was placed way in advance. I had to repeatedly ask if my food was ready.

It is a wonder that this store still remains in business. Constant failures and both fulfilling orders and in customer service today they forgot an item and when it was brought to their attention, the front end manager said “oh it wasn’t me I was not upfront when the order was placed.” It is beyond Belief that a company such as this does not understand and embrace that it is a team together that works, and when a customer is upset because the company failed in its service to not take responsibility as a team or to attend to absolve yourself individually is reprehensible and shows poor work ethic

Every Panera I’ve been nationwide has a similar awesome atmosphere, the food is generally the same great taste all around, but the most impressive quality is their staff which varies depending on the location, but they are really welcoming and kind.

One person to attend, take the orders and prepare the parfait yogurts that I requested. After 20 minutes he had the cups with the yogurt, no fruits nor granola. I had to wait for 20 more minutes for someone else that cut two strawberries and put them on top and had to ask the guy to place de granola to finish it. He didn’t look worried about it. Too frustrating.

If someone come this place and gives an order first it’s so confusing also the employees don’t have any patience for explaining the menu! You pick 2 menu confusing as well and it’s not saying you will get half of the sandwich with that order!

The assistant manager J’khia is an absolute sweetheart! She went out of her way to help me and it made my night 😀 everyone at this location is absolutely amazing and sweet and the food was amazing as always
