Swung by when I was in the area. There’s public lots nearby so parking isn’t an issue. It was a cold day in November and there weren’t many people when I first walked in but by the time I left, patrons were waiting for my seat.
Service is fast, there’s a variety of different flavors, and different offerings. I got pistachio ice cream and a slice of baklava cheesecake, which was very unique. Pistachio ice cream was great but I might stick with the regular cheesecake next time.
Looks like the go-to spot for cold treats in the area. Would stop by again if I was around.

Great ice cream shop. Went for a classic Chocolate Frappe. Great flavor nice smooth consistency that was just the right thickness for my taste. Will definitely stop back the next time I’m in the neighborhood.
Update: came back again a few months later. Had a wonderful ice cream sundae. Love that the city has blocked off the street for alfresco dinning. Enjoyed our ice cream on a lonely spring evening, and then went for a stroll down the road

Let me start out by saying it’s definitely handmade ice cream. In the atmosphere is amazing, The coffee Ice cream is delicious, I also like the smoothness and the creamy texture to the cookie dough vanilla BASed ice cream, But the chocolate chip cookie dough has much to be desired. I got 2 cones for the quarts that I purchased and both of them were stale the chocolate dip with no Jimmy’s and the chocolate Is dip with. So for 2 cones and 3 quarts it was 49.00 BEFORE TIP. So do with that I fo as you will. I WOULD LIKE TO OF CALLED MANG. About the stale cones and the subpar texture of one of the ice creams. But I called them was told hold on twice and in the phone automatically hung up on me. When purchasing and when asking to speak to a manager english did not seem like the first Language of the people I was speaking with so decided not to call back but if a manager wants to reach out to me on this platform and provide an email address I will give you my honest review and will attach Pictures of the frostbite that was on the top of the oreo ice cream and the pictures of the consistency. In fact it’s still sitting in the back of my Freezer as we speak because no one at the party would eat it. Everyone said it tasted off. And then the birthday boy’s cone that’s supposed to be a waffle cone hand depth was completely soft and non edible. I can provide any details and proof of purchase to the manager if they would like to reach back out to me. It still gave you 3 stars because it is authentic handmade ice cream. But I will definitely choose pizzies ice cream parlor On lake street in Waltham next time no wonder the line is wrapped around the building every time I drive by.

We tried four different kinds of their ice cream, and in one word , we loved it!
The portions were also huge.
The staff who helped us was incredibly friendly.

I would love to give Lizzy’s a full five star review for the taste alone, but I can’t (at least right now). The ice cream was incredibly tasty and the shop was really cute, but the ice cream itself was too soupy to stay on the cone. The first ice cream we ordered melted before it reached our hands. The scooper asked if we wanted a cup and planted the ice cream scoop side down. The cup quickly filled with soupy ice cream before we reached the table. We decided to pull out the big guns for the second ice cream and went with a waffle cone, which started out strong. A few minutes in disaster struck and the cone split in half, sparing my shirt but leaving me coneless.

The ice cream is just milk and super sweet. Not even creamy.
And this black forest cake has bunch of tutti fruiti BS. AVOID!

Their ice cream are just so good to worth a 30 mins drive. Rich flavor in mint oreo and banana I had yesterday. Wet toppings are also awesome.

Cute little ice cream shop! I got the coffee vegan ice cream made with oat/coconut milk and it was one of the best vegan ice creams i’ve had – so flavorful! Can’t wait to go back and try more flavors.

The line was a little bit of a wait, but that just shows how good it was because the ice cream here is in fact, really good! I ordered a medium cup of cake batter flavor! Will definitely come here again one day!
