Panera has delicious food that somehow makes it seem healthier. A lot of it is made with fresh ingredients for a better taste. I think they would see a greater influx of customers if they would just lower their prices a bit. I am also reluctant to buy bagels there because they are usually as hard as hockey pucks the next day.

Came in before the lunch rush and got our food pretty quickly. My first time coming to this location and it was clean and the service was good. I got the duet with the grilled cheese and tomato soup, my wife got a grilled chicken chipotle sandwich and Asian chicken salad. Haven’t had Panera in a while so it was nice to be able to come back to a good experience!

Are the bowls supposed look like this? My bowl looks like it was rinsed and reused. I noticed the bowl when my wife made a comment about it. Now Im hoping I do not grt sick. I usually love Panera but this one should be shut down. How does a Panera have no bread or and just a couple baked goods for sale when they are supposed to be open for 4 more hours??? Sorry no baguettes to accompany the soup. No breads available. And then the restrooms are completely trashed. Obviously the employees aren’t too concerned with the presentation of this place on the inside. No toilet paper in the only stall not flooded. Soup was served at room temperature.

The last several times (3) I’ve ordered the Greek salad via delivery, it’s come with brown, mushy lettuce. Twice the chicken wasn’t there that I was up charged for including today which is why I decided to leave a review. All other Paneras I go to take great care and attention in making the food. These guys have always been good up until recently.

I go to this Panera quite often. At least once a week. It’s only been 1 time I wad highly disappointed by the food. It was served cold & I was told to warm it up in their microwave. Every other visit was wonderful

I ordered a half a chicken sandwich. Not what I expected. It was very small, a little bit bigger than an orderve. The amount of chicken in it was like a tablespoon. This sandwich had peppers which I thought were bell peppers. No they were hot like fire. Not enough lettuce, only a thin little paper thin piece. Sandwich was mushy with some kind of oil in it, was not appetizing at all. It came with a very tiny little bag of chips. For what I paid for it, it wasn’t worth it. The coffee I didn’t care for either. I think next time I’ll make my own sandwich, I can do 100 times better than what they did!

Always an issue with my order, no one ever answers the phone. Rapid pick ups get stolen. And when replacements are made they leave out items. Food is good but not worth the hassle. I called 4 times “between meal times” like the recording asks and still no answer.
