Saturday, December 6th, 2025 5pm. The entire staff was so polite and respectful. I haven’t seen anything this wonderful in years ! Most fast food places you get people annoyed the second you walk in. Everybody here talked with us and told us the things they thought were the best. I will come back any time this manager and staff is present !

On Friday, March 17, 2023 at 9:52 a.m. I ate with my brother at the Wendy’s in Hazel Green on the southbound lane of Highway 231 431. I had Wendy’s biscuit and gravy it and my brother had two sausage egg and cheese biscuit. The lobby was close so we had to go through the drive-through. And they were slow. This may be because they were understaffed and was not enough people in there working at this time.
The biscuit and gravy had a spicy taste however it is not as good as Hardee’s sausage, gravy biscuit. My brother said that his sausage and cheese biscuit was a little bit too much biscuit in the biscuit didn’t have the good buttery taste he was looking for. However the food was hot. The staff was polite and courteous and apologize for being a little slow. I couldn’t give them a five star because the lobby was closed and because they were a little slow we getting our food to us. Get the food was hot I say again. The egg on the biscuit looks like a poached egg in the sausage Negray biscuit was a little spicy and they don’t put his much on does sausage and gravy biscuit as Hardee’s does. I gave him a four-star because the staff was polite and because the food was hot. I like to have the option to go into the lobby and eat if I order food from my place and this location did not have that option.
From other trips here I know the lobby is clean in the bathrooms are clean. It is a handicap accessible location. In the lobby they do have fountain drinks when you can serve your own drinks and get refills. And again the staff is always polite and courteous. If you’re eating lunch or supper I highly recommend Wendy’s. However, I’m unsure about there breakfast

I called to try to take an order and when I was trying to be super nice and polite and asked what her fav thing on the menu was, and then she spat off at me and cussed me out saying that I shouldn’t be calling them for stupid things like that at 8:00 at night… so guys the point of the story is do not go, I do not recommend it at all. I do however recommend Watabuger they had a employee sharing the gospel and encouraging others to share the gospel, so also Wendy’s inside is very unsanitary and disgusting, 0/10 would not recommend at all.

This location needs to be re-evaluated, immediately! Management must have changed within the last month or two because the food quality and service has drastically decreased. I ordered a Caesar salad today that was clearly old. The lettuce was brown and slimy and the Parmesan flakes smelled and looked like they were well beyond the use by date. I threw the whole thing in the trash.

Edit: This place hasn’t gotten any better. Went inside and waited for over 30 minutes and never got my order taken. I finally asked if they would stop taking DoorDash orders and take mine and they said they couldn’t. Apparently their GM told them to fulfill DoorDash orders first. Finally left and went to Whataburger which was quick and pleasant.
This is third time we’ve gotten undercooked burgers. This time it was pink enough where we threw both of our burgers away.

Are Wendy’s open recently and it’s been a good experience every time me and my kids have gone the only thing that my kids don’t like is that we’ve noticed usually after 9:00 they shut the frosty machines down even though they’re open till 11:00 and 12:00 every night so that’s a bit disappointing cuz we like to do mobiles cuz I pick one of my kids up from work every night at 10:00 and we do mobile orders to take home on Friday nights usually and when you mobile order and you add a frosty and they can’t refund you for the frosty you paid extra for they just say they can give you a cookie hopefully they’ll stop doing that though maybe

My only complaint about the Hazel Green Wendy’s is that their sweet tea always taste like old tea mixed with flat coke.

First time trying Wendy’s Breakfast, not too bad at all! I like the potatoes as sides and the Big Breakfast Classic with a fried egg was good too.
Overall, it’s a nice option that’s a little different than most of the other fast food joints. I’ll be back to try more things, it seems like they have a lot to choose from.

Anyone else remember a time when ordering a spicy crispy chicken sandwich and it was crispy and juicy. Well if that’s what you’re looking for don’t eat here!
