The food was thoroughly unimpressive. The fried steak was excessively greasy, making the gravy and meat unpalatable. The salad was mediocre, lacking any distinctive qualities. We also ordered a burger, which was the most satisfactory item among our selections. However, it’s worth noting that a comparable burger could be obtained from a budget-friendly franchise. The pizza was undercooked and unappetizing. When we addressed our concerns with the counter staff, they offered to replace the dish. We declined the offer, having already waited 45 minutes for our initial order. The staff seemed disinterested in providing attentive service. With the right team and expediter in place, this establishment has the potential to excel.

Normally it is a good place! I thought the reason we had a bad experience was because they were building a new casino! I always talk!!! Ask questions. The rudeness I could not get over!!!!!! Oven was broken, not a problem!!!!!! Not one treat in the cabinet ant the meat was rotten!!!!!! So don’t eat the Rubin! Basically looks like they are cleaning up left overs.

This used to be a premium dining experience when it was the ramona grille. Philly, reuben, quesadilla, lots of variety!
But now that Collective Kitchens has replaced it, it’s just a terrible overpriced food court with no variety! The pizza crust is thin yet tough and tastes awful. The only edible thing is a burger, and they force you to buy a double, and fries are extra. The new fries have potential if they weren’t always soggy.
And $5 is about 5 times too much for literally soft serve frozen yogurt in a cup.

We stopped for lunch today and my southern fried chicken sandwich was AMAZING! The reason I gave this 4 stars is because my husband got the cheeseburger and his burger was really thin and he said not too flavorful. So if you like chicken I recommend that.

It was great! I had the hamburger steaks with brown gravy and mash potatoes, it was delicious! They have good food and I really enjoyed it. You can sit at the bar and eat if you like and watch TV, or you can sit at the tables in the cafeteria. When your done eating, you can go play the slots, nice!
