Attended a private event/dinner.
EVERYTHING was superb!! The food was delicious and the servers were extra attentive (and patient with our family which included small children).
Thanks so much for making our gathering memorable.

Very nice pizza/ restaurant with tables and booths to choose from. Staff is very kind and helpful and service was fast and friendly. The restaurant is large with additional seating area in addition to the main area, and can accommodate large groups. Menu offers something for everyone from pizza to dinners and sandwiches and other selections. Food was delicious. Meals come with a choice of salad or soup and bread or garlic bread. Food is very good and portions were large and filling. Nice relaxed armosphere with good food and good service. Great for dine in or take out.

A staple place for our family. We come here fairly often. Service is hit or miss as far as ordering take out goes. The environment hasn’t changed much over the years and there’s a certain comfort to that to locals.

Last time we were there, our waitress was nice, semi attentive and didn’t forget anything. The week prior when ordering via phone for pick up was a disaster, on top of them messing up the actual pizza, we were charged twice (yes after asking the girl if it was already paid for since hubs had called it in) and they had to figure out how to give us back our money during a rush. It took 20 mins of waiting while our pizza got cold.

All the times prior to this, however, have been good. The food quality is pretty consistent and tasty, and the only reason we havent finished something is because we were full. I have had everything from paninis to pizza, to pasta and apps. All are good so far but the pizza is one of the favs in the area so far.

I’ve lived in the area all my life and Franks is an institution. Back in 2000 when I’d go to a movie, we’d follow up with some slices at Franks! Always amazing variety and delicious food. Now, my family and I all have different preferences so we really love to get a couple different personal pizzas. We usually go with a buffalo chicken, tortellini, and a penne vodka. They NEVER disappoint. We’re big calzone fans and they recently added a large calzone option to their menu…OMG. It is the biggest, most delicious calzone in the area by far. The picture doesn’t do it justice! If you’re on the fence and not sure where to order from/eat…GO HERE!!!

Pretty good pizza place. I’ve only had pizza here a few times and everything was fine. The white pizza was really good and I had a mushroom slice today that was tasty. I’ve had some of the other dishes and have enjoyed the pastas. Others in my family have eaten there and had good experiences as well. Comfortable decor

They charge a $1 for 2oz of ranch, just for me to get home with my pizza slice and there’s no ranch in the bag. Wouldn’t have bothered to leave a review but the guy at the register gave me lip about the price of the ranch…all for it not to be in the damn bag.

We have been loyal customers to Frank’s Pizza as we think they have the best pizza in town. However, our last 2 recent experiences have not been pleasant.

Over the holidays, we ordered several pies about 40 minutes from closing. Upon arrival, as we waited for our pizza, a worker was on the phone. When she saw my brother arrive, she said a few choice words in Spanish because it was near closing time. The funny thing is we speak Spanish, and when we asked who she was commenting on (no one else in the store), the manager said it was not directed at us and that she was on the phone.

Now fast forward to this past week. We entered for dinner, and our waitress was nice and attentive at first. My husband asked for broccoli and cavatelli. She asked my husband what kind of pasta he wanted. We were a.bit confused and reminded her that cavatelli is the pasta…again an easy mistake on her behalf. We weren’t shaken up by it at all. She asked what kind of bread we wanted, and we both responded to garlic. She returned 2 times there after to ask what kind of bread we wanted. We were still not bothered or upset by these minor things…

Then our food arrives. I asked for lasagna, and the picture you see is what I got. When she first asked if everything was OK, we said everything was fine as I was just hungry and figured maybe the flavor would have me look over my pile of mush (not lasgna) … I took several bites, and it was not good at all. Mostly cheese and whatever meat they used was not good. When she returned to check on us, I kindly said. “To be honest, this is not a lasagna and what it should look like or taste.” Her response was not apologetic at all but instead said well I don’t know, I’ve never had it. ” She made no attempt to fix the situation or offer another meal. I understand I’m not dining at a 5 star establishment, but most people know what lasagna is and what it should look and taste like. Not a pile cheese, sauce, and mush.

Then, from there forth, she was just rude and slapped the check on the table and threw the pen on the table.

I dont need to make a scene, so I paid and off I went. With no desire to ever return.

Hire better trained staff Frank’s!

The last 3 or 4 pies I’ve ordered from this spot have had the most inconsistent cuts. Like, there should never be a slice that is literally the size of 2 others slices. Tastes fine, but seriously, fire whoever is cutting the pizza, My God.

Ordered for a graduation party. Have nothing but positive remarks. The food was excellent. I definitely ordered more than I needed. Highly recommend the sausage and peppers, chicken franchise, penna vodka. The food was ready on time. All condiments such as salad dressing and bread were provided. Highly recommended for any future parties.
